Sam was brilliant - from turning up and quoting on time (on a Sunday!) through to fixing the issues just a couple of days later. I cannot recommend his company/services enough. A genuine, nice and honest guy who's clearly doing an exceptional job. I had tried sorting a job myself as I'd been stung by someone else last year in the area. I messed up, but took a leap of faith in Sam, turned out I did the right thing and whilst challenging (my fault!) - Sam sorted it within a few hours. I will be using Sam for all future works (and before I mess anything up on the wiring... 😉)

I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!

Excellent service, prior install the communication was good with a clear process to follow. The installation was simple they turned up on time and placed the charger exactly where I wanted it. They did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Also the price was less than I had been quoted by other Rolec installers. Thanks

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

Rang this morning Syed arrive in less than 2 hours, such a great service he even waited in the snow for my son to arrive home. Which was half an hour. Ok that he added to bill but he did a great job getting his sockets back up and running. Boiler working again as well. Need a new circuit board. Will book him for this as well. Very happy with this company .

We found them by luck as we needed the kitchen lights changing. That should of been a quick easy job we could do it ourselves but it turned out to be an emergency call out and then we found out the whole hose was a fire hazard waiting to happen. Pruncess came out and These guys have done an amazing job on my mums bungalow. The wiring was over 25 years old and it looked like spaghetti junction in the loft and under the property. He even came back to fix the odd problem after the full install. Will definitely have them back again. Reasonable prices, quick workers no job too small. They didn't wast time or money getting the job done. Thanks Lads. We will see you soon.

This is the third time I've used Martin and yet again he did a brilliant job. Initially I was recommended him by not one, but three separate people I knew who lived in Shipley and I'm so glad they did. Martin is mega friendly, always informs you what the problem was and of course always fixes it. I'd recommend him highly if you want a great local electrician...he fitted me a brand new fuseboard, identified a faulty circuit and replaced it and fixed a dodgy light fitting too. Cheers Martin!

Martin fitted us in at short notice for an electrical condition report and a few repairs to bring our house up to standard after the sale fell through. He was really thorough, very reasonably priced (considerably cheaper than another electrician I used for the same job at a previous house) and a nice guy too. He's often booked up as he is clearly very good at what he does, but will do his best to fit you in if he can. I'd definitely recommend.
