What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

Craig came out same day as an emergency call following a storm that resulted in a loss of lighting. He did a great job and the level of customer service provided was outstanding. Craig was a true knight in shining armour for my elderly friend whose house was flooded recently. He attended late one evening to assess the situation, then arranged the necessary rewiring. The work was completed swiftly with attention to detail and lots of consultation as the work progressed to ensure that everything would meet her needs when she returned home. Craig and his team are fab! He is so fab that you need to get into his diary asap as he gets so booked up. He is worth the wait as his work is impeccable! They fitted some lovely lights in the front of our house and we love how it turned out.

I had a situation where I needed an Electrical Test ASAP, I’d not used this company previously and even though it was very short notice they agreed that they could do it. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service and particularly Terrance and Hannah who were extremely helpful throughout. I will be using them in the future.

We used Armley Electrical following failure of the upstairs electrics. They came round within the hour and were very quick to diagnose the problem (attributed to previous shoddy workmanship). They made the situation safe and returned a couple of days later to fix the fault. They took time to explain the issue and what checks I needed to carry out in future. I found them to be extremely professional and thorough, and they cleaned up on completion of job. They didn't push a sale but encouraged me to search for other quotes before agreeing to the work. I was particularly impressed with the engineer assigned to the job - Terence. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would highly recommend.

When you use the same electrician multiple times you know you have a good one. Tony's rewired 2 bathrooms, installed a new consumer unit, electrical tested, fitted additional sockets, fitted smoke alarms and most recently rewired / installed a kitchen extension. A trusted tradie 👊🏼

The rewiring of our house was almost painless! It was completed in the time agreed, with a very high standard of work and professionalism. We were kept in the loop at all times and always had the power we needed to function. I can not recommend Craig and his team highly enough!

As the director of DC Electrical, I don’t recognise the name ‘Chris Davidson’ neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. As well as rewired our kitchen and daughter's bedroom to a very high standard. We have followed his recommendations on many electrical products and have been very happy with all his suggestions. We will continue to use him in the future, he is definitely our electrician of choice.

Tom from Heron completed the electrical work for our solar and battery install. He was great. The position of our fuse board is a tricky one and he had a job to chase cables through the house between all the different components. Tom carefully explained the options to me and answered any questions I had. He worked really hard across two days and has done an excellent job. Overall though, he just a really great guy - polite, friendly, happy to answer questions, he cleaned up after himself etc. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from Heron Electrical! We recently had a Tesla wall charger fitted at our property and the entire installation went incredibly smoothly. From the engineer arriving early to explaining every step of the install clearly, everything went so much better than we could have hoped for. The price for the install was also the best out there and much lower than other EV charger installers. Very highly-recommended!

We had solar panels fitted to our house today, and the fitters Kieron and Carl were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and understanding. Everything was explained, and carried out very with great care, their work is immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these Guys.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. Matt was recommended to us by our neighbour. He has been punctual and polite. The work he has undertaken has been carried out with minimal disruption and finished neatly with good quality products. All required certification has been provided promptly and submitted to the relevant bodies on our behalf. He’s a pleasant chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him myself or to call on him again should the need arise.

I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you won’t be disappointed.

We have several small jobs that needed doing so I asked for a recommendation in our village, Peter was recommending by half of my street. Peter arrived when he said he would, offer us solutions for all of the issues we had (old farm house) and was even able to fix our living room light before leaving - we’d had no light for about 3 weeks having wired it in ourselves… we didn’t realise the dimmer was broken. Brilliant service!
