Can't fault Coleman Electrical and will definitely use again if we need an electrician. Had no power in our house, did the usual of checking fuses etc. Craig came out the same day after being recommended to us and the supplier telling us it was a fault internally. Turns out it was a fault externally which Craig conveyed to them. All sorted in the early hours of the morning. Appreciated the text in the morning though off Craig to check we had power.

Craig was a true knight in shining armour for my elderly friend whose house was flooded recently. He attended late one evening to assess the situation, then arranged the necessary rewiring. The work was completed swiftly with attention to detail and lots of consultation as the work progressed to ensure that everything would meet her needs when she returned home. Craig and his team are fab! He is so fab that you need to get into his diary asap as he gets so booked up. He is worth the wait as his work is impeccable! They fitted some lovely lights in the front of our house and we love how it turned out.

Craig came out at short notice to check my electrics after a 3.30 am power cut. When he arrived that afternoon he checked the house and found it to be a problem with the main supply outside of the house. He called northern power whilst in the house and explained the problem. Fast reliable service, and a lovely touch of a follow text the next day to make sure northern power had resolved the issue.

Tom from Heron completed the electrical work for our solar and battery install. He was great. The position of our fuse board is a tricky one and he had a job to chase cables through the house between all the different components. Tom carefully explained the options to me and answered any questions I had. He worked really hard across two days and has done an excellent job. Overall though, he just a really great guy - polite, friendly, happy to answer questions, he cleaned up after himself etc. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from Heron Electrical! We recently had a Tesla wall charger fitted at our property and the entire installation went incredibly smoothly. From the engineer arriving early to explaining every step of the install clearly, everything went so much better than we could have hoped for. The price for the install was also the best out there and much lower than other EV charger installers. Very highly-recommended!

I could not recommend Fletcher Electric enough! Matt saved the day when our previous electrician dropped out half way through our kitchen renovation. He quickly got to grips with the wiring that had been installed by the previous electrician and clearly explained to us what work was outstanding. No question was too big or small for Matt and he spent a long time answering our queries. Matt was reliable, skilled, fairly priced and friendly. He even suggested ways to optimise lighting in our kitchen - which looks fab! Go with Matt, you wonāt be disappointed.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. As the director of DC Electrical, I donāt recognise the name āChris Davidsonā neither did a search of our customer database or calls to the website , I would add I am unaware of any unfinished job in our 26 years of trading. HOWEVER, if this is the case I can only apologies for any inconvenience to him as the period of this review was around the illness and death of a close family relatively which was a very hard time for us, and may account for any missed appointments.

I would highly recommend Craig for his professional and caring approach to his work. He has rewired our bathroom having found a faulty wire that was causing our family electric shocks. As well as rewired our kitchen and daughter's bedroom to a very high standard. We have followed his recommendations on many electrical products and have been very happy with all his suggestions. We have several small jobs that needed doing so I asked for a recommendation in our village, Peter was recommending by half of my street. Peter arrived when he said he would, offer us solutions for all of the issues we had (old farm house) and was even able to fix our living room light before leaving - weād had no light for about 3 weeks having wired it in ourselvesā¦ we didnāt realise the dimmer was broken. Brilliant service!
