I used Callum's services via a building firm remodelling my kitchen. Callum quoted quickly and fairly for his parts offering useful advice along the way. He was happy to add other small jobs elsewhere in the house and I've since used him again on other projects and got the same quality service whether the request was big or small.

Jamie was great at arranging someone to do the work quickly. Brad removed an old alarm system for me. Not only was he polite and friendly, he was efficient in his work and left the area tidy. Brad was telling me what he was doing and showed me the work once completed. 5* service thank you.

I contacted Jamie from Farrington Electricals limited due to what I considered to be an urgent problem with my kitchen lights. He gave me a quote, which I was happy to accept. He visited later that day and completely sorted the problem. He also sorted two other small problems that I hadn't added to quote for without charge. I have since asked for a further quote to replace my outside lighting which I have accepted, and I would certainly use him again for any further electrical work/problems

Jamie has done 2 jobs for me since 2023:- 1) to run a 25 amp supply underfloor to an external aircon unit, 2) to check and certify my domestic installation (an old house with convoluted wiring). He did an excellent job on both occasions, impressing me with his enthusiasm and thoroughness. He is also a nice guy to deal with - answers his phone, keeps his appointments, and lets you know if he is delayed. I am pleased to recommend Farringtons without reservation.

Jamie installed our EV charger. It was not a straightforward job but Jamie came up with the solutions that ensured that the final result was successful. Would happily recommend Jamie for the high standard of work and for keeping us fully informed throughout.

Such a change to have a tradesman that turns up on time and carry out two jobs one of which was changing an electric shower and the other fixing a slow flow to a cold water feed. Both were done within the hour and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Alex attended our flat tonight about a meter problem. However, he managed to detect a more serious problem that was caused by another engineer which he informed us was dangerous for our safety. He was excellent at his job and very friendly. He explained in detail what was wrong and what steps to take from here. Great service and great price. Thank you :)

I had my electricity supply moved by northern power grid and my meter was moved by British Gas. Due to misadvice between the two of them, I was left with no electricity supply to my fuse box and no electrician booked in. I'd been without power for 30 hours when Alex and the team stepped in to help at short notice. They got me set up temporarily for the night and came back the next day to do a full and permanent job of running the new tails from the meter to the consumer unit. Professional, friendly and helpful at short notice. Highly recommended. Can't thank you enough!

Matt and his team came to fit a new consumer unit and 3 plug sockets. They managed to squeeze us in really quickly after giving us a fair and honest quote, and they arrived early on the morning to get straight on with the job. Matt was really clear with what needed doing, and gave us different price options to choose from. He gave us really helpful advice and made it all very easy to understand as I'm not a handy person at all! Work was done quickly and professionally, and left the house clean and tidy once completed. I'm really happy with the job they did and would definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone who needs electrical work doing.

I first used Matt, Chris and the lads for a full rewire at a previous home in 2010, when the snow was so deep most people wouldn’t have come out. Since then they have been a part of my various house renovations and nothing has ever been too much trouble even the smaller jobs like recently fitting new external lights. They always arrive when they say they will, as well as keeping you informed if there are any unexpected things when the job is underway. Highly recommended. I called after our power cut out on a Tuesday evening. David came out that evening and diagnosed a faulty part in the fuse box, picked up a new part next morning and had us back on the grid by 10am the next day. (To my relief!) Very reasonable price, especially given the evening call out.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. Ken & Tom were bang on time today and did a fantastic job making some alterations to our new build! We had an additional socket fitted in a difficult position, an external light and a Ring hardwired doorbell installed. They left everywhere just as they found it. We're great at cleaning up, making sure to wear shoe socks when walking through the house and kept us updated with all the works along the way, including answering our questions and helping out with issues we may come across in the future. Really happy with the work and would recommend them any day of the week! Wish they'd done the house instead of the homebuilders!

Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

Mo has has helped me with a number of jobs around my house. Work is always completed to a high standard, quickly and professionally.

I’ve used ML & Sons Electrical several times, Mo is very professional and has carried out all work perfectly.
