I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Received a call at the time promised, and the work was completed swiftly. Everything was explained concisely without jargon (and no condescending ‘tradesman to woman’ stuff, if you’re female you’ll know what I mean!). Jason and his team have been the absolute best. My boiler broke on Christmas Eve and I had a bad experience going through an emergency service at the time and was left with no hot water for three weeks. After finding LRT Electrical Ltd on this website, I spoke to Jason who was so honest with me since the start. He came and properly inspected the boiler and only four days after that came over with his team and replaced it. The job was carried out to the highest standard. I would not trust anyone more to do such works. Their prices are also extremely fair. Could not recommend them highly enough!

After having an absolute nightmare with my boiler leaking and flooding my flat I came across LRT after quickly searching for a boiler emergency repairman and I couldn’t be happier with the service and final product offered. the team was in constant contact and even worked to source a replace boiler cylinder over the weekend. Jason and co were extremely professional, reliable and managed to replace my boiler cylinder (with added features) within an extremely timely manner, they even checked out the flat below mine to assess the damage the flooding had caused at no extra cost!
