Dale (and Sam) did a superb job for us: 2 separate Solar PV arrays, a battery / inverter combo and a car charger. Dale thought about what we wanted and searched out what was the best fit for us. Even revising the design when he found new options at better value for us. Dale is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting it right and giving great support right through the process. The work was efficiently done and both the installation itself and the work area during and after installation was really neat and tidy. Dale was recommended to us and justified the confidence of that reference in the quality of the work, value, and service we received. Dale and the team are top notch electricians! They put in a new consumer unit, new long tails and did loads of other refitting and upgrade work in our house. Dale and his team did a fantastic job on our solar installation. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about solar and gave us loads of advice and support on making our installation as efficient and user friendly as possible. He worked tirelessly to get the project completed, even though he and his team had to work unsocial hours to fit around other contractors on site. His work was tidy and efficient and he has left us with a system which does everything that we planned and more than we expected and we know that Dale is only a phone-call away if we ever have any questions. Before we installed our system we were bombarded by companies who wanted the work - many of which, whilst quoting unbelievably low prices, did not instil confidence. I didn't know Dale before he installed our panels and we approached him because he was local and his knowledge and enthusiasm was immediately apparent. If you're planning a solar installation or any electrical work I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Dale and his team.

Excellent service and a great overall experience. We had a few quotes for solar and Dale was the only one to come out and survey the house prior to providing a quote. Throughout the quotation process Dale was always open and responsive, helping us make decisions about equipment and setup. Once Dale and Sam were on site their professionalism and service were excellent and this did not falter throughout the full week they were with us. They were always open and transparent about everything that was going on throughout the installation and used the time to help us address other electrical issues such as an outdated fuse box. Dale and Sam have also been incredibly attentive once the system was up and running providing detailed post installation paperwork, checking on system performance and helping us iron out any bugs. We would highly recommend Persson Electrical both as electricians and solar specialists. They made what was a very daunting and intimidating home upgrade a very enjoyable experience.

Ashley was fantastic, so much so I have had in back for a few jobs. Big or small he is happy to help. Ashley installed new lights and cleaned up after (a rare from my experience). he chased and fixed my old odd wiring finding the route of the problem. Then fitted plugs for my new tv which is in the middle of my wall. No more messy wires. Ashley prices a great, he was happy to quote me on jobs with no pressure to book. His quote beat all my other quotes as did his service. Ashley was wonderful with my big dog and very understanding of the impact his visit and work would have on my two autistic boys. West Yorkshire Electrics recently undertook an EICR, upgraded our consumer unit and installed some sockets in the garage. Jamie was very helpful in arranging the works quickly and talking us through the process. Josh undertook the work without fault. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. I asked Richard to do a survey of the electrics of my new house. There were various things that needed to be changed to be made safe. He was very professional with his work and dealt with the issues that had arisen thoroughly. As he worked through the house there were a couple of extra things that needed to be done in addition. He told me what he had found and what would be the way to move forward. The work was done soon after I moved in and the place was left tidy and vacuumed afterwards. He was a good recommendation to me and I would recommend him to anyone else.

Over the moon with the work carried out. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name who came, but he was friendly and also came up with a much neater solution for the wiring. After finding the charging point that I would have liked to get installed, the team at R&B got in touch via email and then a follow up phone call. Great service. Installer arrived as promised on time and a day when the weather can only be described as inclement at best with snow and wind. He worked outside to get the job done with minimal power disruption to us and the finished installation looks brilliant with all cables to the unit concealed out of view. Thank you I will be in touch again to get another charger installed when we change our other car to an EV.

Dan fitted our Ohme EV charger on the day we arranged. I cannot fault the job and he was very pleasant and efficient. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I had to chase them several times as they didn’t respond to emails promptly. Would I recommend them? Yes.
