Simon did a fantastic job dismantling and reassembling a sizable Ikea wardrobe. He was helpful, respectful, and courteous throughout. All his tools/ boxes/ cases were exceptionally clean and the indoor shoes a nice touch. He also assembled a very large bunk bed, something way beyond the average person’s capability. I was looking for a handyman to put up some mirrors and wall art. Simon was prompt in answering and also fixed a date and time. Despite severe weather conditions, he did make it on the agreed day and time. His work was neat and professional. His price was more than reasonable. From my experience with Simon, he is an amazing handyman who is extremely committed, competent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and looking forward to use his services in future.

This is the third time Simon has helped me. Previously he has built some furniture. This time he put some mirrors and pictures up and built a gaming chair. He always does an amazing job. He responds really quickly to my queries and is clear on price and the time needed. He is respectful of my home, always tidies as he works and is very calming and methodical. He takes all the stress out of having work done.

What can I say. The most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure to come across. Nothing is ever too much for Kamran and his team. We had a vision for a new media wall which was bespoke to us. It took a lot of planning for us to get it right so we didn’t just want to leave the job for anybody. We’re so glad we found the services of Kamran, recommended to us by a friend. He is an extreme professional, never cutting corners and always going the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Kamran and his team’s work is to an excellent finish, and they always leave their workspace clean and tidy. We had young kids in the house and they always ensured to keep the area safe. I’ve found in the past, tradesmen, if you’re not happy with some small details they will gaslight you in to thinking it is fine, but Kamran always made sure you were satisfied. There was a slight alteration to our design which we only noticed later, when pointed out Kamran bhai and his team came back and fixed this (taking an addition 3-4 hours of their time). This was even though we said it was ok and we were still happy. How many tradesmen can you honestly say would do this for you?! Highly, highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. On a final note we felt Kamran and his team were so trustworthy that we felt comfortable to leave them in our house to continue their work whilst we left to go out for the day. 5* isn’t enough!!! Keep up the good work!

Him and his team have transformed our kitchen in its entirety from scratch within a rapid time. He has been consistent throughout in his communication and plan each step of the way. Mike was incredibly professional from start to finish. He put up a bathroom cabinet, a couple of mirrors (one very heavy) and made my door shut again. He also advised me on another issue kindly. Mike was patient, accurate, friendly and also did a very robust and precise job. Will definitely use again and recommend to any friends if they need a handyman!

Mike did several jobs for me in one day from attaching mirrors, hooks and assembling some beastly flatpack furniture. He spent time in asking the right questions to provide an accurate and competitive quote. He kept in touch over the booking period, provided a clear date and arrival time. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. His communication skills, patience and manner were on point. I will come back to him for future jobs.

Krystian is responsive, friendly and does an excellent job for great value. Absolutely not a corner-cutter, he spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and the pros and cons of these options. He fitted shelves, a tv, a curtain rail, a fireplace beam and changed a kitchen tap. He even cancelled a job which we ended up not needing because of a change in our room design - most people would have done it anyway and took the money. Lovely guy, can't recommend enough.

Nothing is too much trouble. If they do not have something, they will try and get it for you. Excellent shop that stocks lots of DIY, pet and gardening products plus general household things like brushes, clothes lines and many many more items. You can also get keys cut and now scissors and shears sharpened. Still as great as ever and are lucky to have such a well stocked and friendly shop. Martin is still maintaining the standard and is as obliging as ever.

Brilliant work by Odd Job Heroes!!! David arrived when he said he would and spent time considering the jobs, before providing an honest assessment of the work and costs involved. The end result being large gas BBQ built, garden fence prepared and then painted (two coats) and log shed roofs made fully waterproof. The invoice arrived promptly and was exactly what we had agreed. Next on the list will be the re-roofing of a large garden shed. Definitely using Odd Job Heroes again !

Amazing! The gentleman came to my house to see what needed doing and he was so friendly and knew exactly what to do. When he did the job, it was very efficient and he left the work area clean and tidy. Had contacted so many people to do the work and no one seemed to want to do it. One chap arranged to do it and never turned up! But Odd Job Heroes were fantastic and willing to do it for me no problems at all! Mark arrived within just 5 minutes of the approx. time he said he would arrive. He very quickly realised what the fault was and got straight on with it. He was very thorough. Of course, we won't know for a day or so if his work has resolved the issue, but from his clear explanation of the work he carried we believe all will be well. Mark was very friendly and keen to explain all that he was doing.

Had a lot of bits to finish off. Steve came round gave us a quote, which was good, and started doing the work the next day. All completed quickly and to a high standard. Cannot thank him enough.

I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! From our first enquiry to replace a bedroom floor, to completion of the work was only a 2 week time span. Paul and the team from Revolution Building and Plastering Ltd did work for us adding modern insulation to our roof. This was a big job on a large, complicated slate roof. Demi was good at communicating during the job and they were very thorough and competent. We would use them again.

Great service! We needed some leaking gutters replacing. Tried several builders who promised but never got back or turned up. These guys, turned up on time, gave a reasonable price, then turned up on time and completed the job. Couldn't ask for better 👍
