I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! A great all-round service and at the right price!

I asked Richard to do a survey of the electrics of my new house. There were various things that needed to be changed to be made safe. He was very professional with his work and dealt with the issues that had arisen thoroughly. As he worked through the house there were a couple of extra things that needed to be done in addition. He told me what he had found and what would be the way to move forward. The work was done soon after I moved in and the place was left tidy and vacuumed afterwards. He was a good recommendation to me and I would recommend him to anyone else.

I highly recommend Adam. He completed a full electrical survey and hot tub wiring for us over the course of a couple of days. Adam is easy to communicate with and explained things as he went along. We had other work under way at the same time, which meant that he had to work with and around other professionals, which he did without issue. He is upfront about pricing, giving a quote followed by a detailed report and bill upon completion. If only every person was as pleasant to work with as Adam, getting tricky jobs done around the house would be a dream.

Throughout the quotation process Dale was always open and responsive, helping us make decisions about equipment and setup. Once Dale and Sam were on site their professionalism and service were excellent and this did not falter throughout the full week they were with us. They were always open and transparent about everything that was going on throughout the installation and used the time to help us address other electrical issues such as an outdated fuse box. Dale and Sam have also been incredibly attentive once the system was up and running providing detailed post installation paperwork, checking on system performance and helping us iron out any bugs. We would highly recommend Persson Electrical both as electricians and solar specialists. They made what was a very daunting and intimidating home upgrade a very enjoyable experience.

I needed a new Tado thermostat installed, and spoke to Gastech late at night, by 10am the following morning it was installed. Great experience, installer was very friendly and have already recommended to family.

Had an issue with a leaking radiator valve on a Sunday night due to my own obviously amateur attempt at fitting it mainly. An engineer came out first thing Monday morning to sort this out for me which I was really grateful for. I have used this engineer a few months ago too when I got smart meters fitted and the energy supplier capped my gas meter off as they weren't happy with how one of my hobs was working again I called Gastech and an engineer came out within a few hours to fix my hob and uncap my gas supply after it had been made safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this engineer to anyone!

Our Boiler decided the ideal of the year time to cease functioning would be in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Phoned gastech 24/7 later in the morning after being given the runaround by our home insurance ‘emergency boiler repair service’. Gastech 24/7 answered our call on the 1st attempt and fixed our boiler within an hour. Absolutely outstanding service and a nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Great service. Installer arrived as promised on time and a day when the weather can only be described as inclement at best with snow and wind. He worked outside to get the job done with minimal power disruption to us and the finished installation looks brilliant with all cables to the unit concealed out of view. Thank you I will be in touch again to get another charger installed when we change our other car to an EV.

Over the moon with the work carried out. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name who came, but he was friendly and also came up with a much neater solution for the wiring. Dan fitted our Ohme EV charger on the day we arranged. I cannot fault the job and he was very pleasant and efficient. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I had to chase them several times as they didn’t respond to emails promptly. Would I recommend them? Yes.
