West Yorkshire Seamless Gutters LTD was at a neighbours when I arrived home, asked how much it would be to put new gutters on our house, was done there and then got a great price! Didn't take long at all friendly and professional! Coming back tomorrow to do the other side of the house. Highly recommend!!

Replaced my very rotten wooden gutters with new seamless aluminium gutters and down pipes. Alex and Steve have just insulated our Conservatory roof today. What a fantastic team! They have done an amazing job. So tidy and respectful and they never stopped until it was done. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We have looked at insulating the conservatory roof for years, essentially to increase conservatory use from 7 to 8 months per year to 11 or so months. Sagars actually did the job some months ago but we wanted to see how it performed in cold weather; well it was sub-zero last week and although the nighttime temperature dropped to about 7C (house was about 11C) we still used the conservatory during the day with just a little added heat from two radiators. The system works a treat, we are really happy with the results. As for the actual installation, this was done the week following our order which was brilliant and really surprised us. The work was done over two long days with 5 people the first day and 4 on the second. Our conservatory roof is not straight forward so it really didn't surprise us that it took more than one day. We estimated a total of over 10 man-days were spent (assuming a standard 8 hour day). The guys, although there were so many of them, did their respective jobs well and never appeared to get in each others way. Overall, they did a superb job and grafted incredibly hard for long days (and they had a two hour journey each way from their depot on top of their day). Overall, we are very happy with the job and really cannot recommend Sagars enough. Thanks guys...

Looked at many options to upgrade my roof on my 20 year old conservatory, it had an original polycarbonate roof that let lots of heat out due to being open plan into the kitchen diner. Peter the friendly and professional surveyor came round, he gave up front and honest advice and detailed info on the construction and method of install. The lads arrived the next week, were professional and extremely courteous, they left no mess and had to deal with monsoon like weather! The following day, the plasterer came with the same professionalism as the guys that had proceeded him. He gave helpful tips on how best to let it dry and how to best paint it. I’m absolutely blown away with the job, I was concerned about losing light, I was wrong, I wasn’t 100% convinced it would retain the heat to the level they quote, it has! Update: it’s now -5 degrees outside, internal temp is a steady 22 degrees and there is snow still on the exterior polycarbonate roof.

Chris was very quick to visit to assess and quote for the repairs and work required on our roof He and his team arrived promptly when they said they would and appear to have done a first class job on removing a chimney stack and repairing our roof. His team were polite and helpful throughout and each evening thoroughly cleaned the area and left everything tidy before returning the next day. Chis checked in with us each of the days they were working to ensure we were happy with everything and had no problems and answer any questions we had. Chris and Co did a magnificent job at doing a whole roof redo , Roof was stripped to the bone and fixed with quality materials , Chris informed myself and the wife of when the work would start and updated us every step of the way what would happen next and what would be done, the work was finished within 2 weeks and had people inquiring who had done the roof because it looked really nice! - if you want a reliable and professional service but are a bit nervous or unsure about who or how to go about it i would recommend Chris and Golden Acorn as they fixed the roof and in my book passed with flying colours , cant recommend enough :)

Highly recommend Chris and the team. After initial contact, he called up within a day to view the work needed and we received a quote for new soffit's, fascia's and guttering within a few days. Once the work was started, we realised we needed a total re-roof, Chris gave us a very detailed quote, which we received the next day. Did a great job of replacing tiles around leaking velux windows. Even though this was a small job for them they were happy to quote and complete the job. It has rained every day since but no more leaking. I’m very pleased. No messing about, job done. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend this great team of guys.

Where to start , the team at Aire Valley are just lovely! I had a report for selling my house and the roof was flagged as an issue. 1 phone call and within a matter of days I had a couple of guys up there putting it all right and all very affordable. Only use these guys if you have a problem and don’t want a drama sorting it out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Yes, like a lot of tradesmen, they can be a bit difficult to pin down but a lad named Jason has just completed a job on my cottage and he worked way above and beyond what we thought the job would entail. This is the second excellent job they've done for us on different properties so, if you CAN get them . . . they're recommended.
