Jason and his team were fantastic! He turned up when he said he would, provided a quote when he said he would (which sadly, isn't normal these days) and completed the work to a very high standard with no mess to clean up afterwards. What also impressed me, he took photographs throughout the installation showing what they had done (as you cant see it afterwards). Honestly can't praise JPC enough. Had issues with my guttering for quite some time and from the get go they showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism. They turned up on time, surveyed the work and spoke to me like a person and not try to oversell the work needed like some other quotes I had received from other firms and even better gave one of the better quotes I had. Jason their boss was very knowledgeable, and kept me up to date throughout the whole work. The communication and standards throughout was excellent. They not only delivered, but on time and exactly as promised and after the recent storms I am more than happy to say the work more than stands. A+ all the way, thank you guys, I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

All work completed well and in good time. Nice people worth trusting. When adverse weather had slowed them down they opted to work 7 days a week to catch up, without us asking. That's dedicated workmanship.

Danny came out to fix a few tiles back into place, he even fitted some new ones that were missing, all in the really cold, miserable weather just before Christmas 2018 and only charged what he had quoted originally. We had our Roof done by this company which has just been completed. They were a very professional team and did a great job!!! All who were in involved in this job were very polite and kept in contact with us throughout at all times. All debris was removed and left clean and tidy. James and his team have done an excellent job renovating and re-slating the roof of our terraced house in a conservation area. They added extra insulation, re-felted etc and reused as many of the original slates as they could. They sourced extra reclaimed slate as needed and it matches perfectly. James is great to work with. He is very professional and answers messages very quickly. He does what he says and always arrives on time. When it was drizzling with rain, they came and sat in the van outside the house until they were able to start. Reasonably priced too! Thank you, James, Paul and team.

James and his hard working team were excellent from start to finish. James came round to price up a full re roof of my property and gave me a competitive quote there and then. The work started a few weeks later and James and his team completed my entire re roof in 2 days, in the blazing 28 degree heat! The roof looks amazing, ridges, verges and valleys all look neat and tidy and James even came back after the job was complete to put a vent tile in for me for a bathroom extractor. Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

Having had Craig's company to fix our roof we called on them again again to replace the roof on our bay window. They replaced the roof put back a coping stone which had been missing for a lot of years. They were clean and tidy and the roof looks great. Thank you again.

Needed to do a whole new re-roof (including fascia, cladding and guttering) of my parents property and quickly as was patched up by home insurance to last a couple of weeks. Was recommended this company by a friend. Came to do a quote within a few days of contact and spent time assessing the roof, rather than just doing drone pics which can’t actually tell you what’s going on under the surface, as had a few of these quotes and were not that beneficial other than calculating measurements. Quote was reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Craig was very thorough and honest and answered all my queries. He could see the urgency and gave reasonable time lines. Kept me in the loop at every stage. I do not live in the area and the whole job was done without me being there or meeting the team directly but I felt very reassured as Craig updated me and was very approachable. He could see I was interested in the details and was more technical at answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff, no question about that. The neighbours were so impressed with Craig and his expertise, that they decided to get their roof done at the same time Craig and his team (Luke, Daniel and Scott) worked really hard and got the job done in the time frame stated. Sending me updates and photo’s throughout the week. They cleared up after, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. Craig is also registered with the NFRC, so all the work is guaranteed and I received the building regulations certificate too, so much less faff than going with a roofer who does not provide this. Seventh time lucky We have had a leak in our roof around the chimney stack for well over three years and have had six separate roofers out to have a look at it and attempt to fix it. Some returned several times without success and caused us a lot of stress and money. Unfortunately we still had the problem. We were recommended Craig by a friend and wish so much that he had been the first to look at it. He came out to assess the problem and despite his busy schedule organised a tower and scheduled the work in for us. He and his work colleague completed the work in less than a day. They replaced badly fitting roof slates as required and also the rear gutter back cover flashing. They left the site clean and tidy and sent us photos of both before and the after the work was completed. There has been significant rain since the work was completed and there has been no sign of any leakage into the bedroom. We found Craig to be a friendly guy yet very professional. We will definitely be recommending him to others.

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.
