Tony and his team have done an amazing job on our roof replacement. From start to finish Tony explained everything clearly and happily accommodated my requests. It was a big job including a full tiled and flat roof replacement along with soffit, fascia, drainpipes and guttering. They worked so hard and to a very high standard (even the neighbours and passersby were complementing their work). I would not hesitate to recommend Leeds Roofing Company, they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! They were great at keeping everything tidy before finishing each day. We’d definitely highly recommend Tony and team to anyone needing this type of work doing.

Tony was extremely professional from start to finish. He communicated everything about our roof replacement clearly, with timescales adhered to, and an attention to detail that gave me trust and confidence throughout. The team carried out all works to a high standard - going over and above to accommodate some additional requests - and with very minimal disruption. I contacted The Family Roofing Company based on the good reviews from happy customers. I was not disappointed after Lee contacted me, my experience was just as described in the variety of reviews. All good roofers will be booked up, but, within 3 days my repair was done between scheduled jobs in their busy diary. Very fair price, not rushed, great customer care from all the team, professional throughout. Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Had a tile blown off a few weeks earlier and Ryan replaced it free of charge, thank you both very much for your professionalism and hard work. I would without hesitation recommend VJR roofing.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. The quote was reasonable and acceptable and the work carried out the following Wednesday. Once again a professional service from start to finish. This is a good and honest business.

Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Thankfully this is not often, but when we recently had a garage roof leak Action Roofing were quick to assess and diagnose the issues and offer options to solve this. We chose a full new valley and he did a great job. Whether a minor fix or a full re-roof I would recommend Matt and his team every single time. You will be hard pushed to find someone with such expertise, knowledge and diligence in this area. I have used APM Roofing on several occasions and every job was completed to an extremely high standard and was always finished on time. The work area was always left clean and tidy and all waste was removed and disposed correctly, I know Andy has his own skip at his yard and all waste is disposed of correctly which was very important to me as a customer. Great service from Andy. Had rain water coming through into the back bedroom and Andy came round very promptly to take a look for us. He found that we had a broken tile and the waterproofing beneath this was also rotten. Within the day he had provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was back soon after to get the roof watertight again. Once the work was completed he also provided us with pictures of the repairs he had carried out. As well as the excellent workmanship and professionalism he displayed he was also very pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Andy highly enough and I will be using him again for any other repairs and roof maintenance.

Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. The workmen who completed the job were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

The day after moving house in November 2023, we discovered that our garage flat roof leaked. After researching on-line for a reputable roofing company, I was as confident as I could be that DPR Roofing were well worth requesting a no obligation condition report and quote from - both for my garage and other flat roofs forming part of the main house. The survey was very friendly and professional and followed up with a detailed report including photographs, customer recommendations, and a comprehensive condition report with recommended treatments (and costs), bespoke to each flat roof area. All good roofing companies should by reputation be 'busy' and I took it to be a positive sign that DPR roofing provided me with a start date that meant waiting 2-3 months before the works could be carried out. During the schedule of works, the roofing team were courteous and hard working, and were patient with the weather. To ensure a good quality job, the team were patient during the interruptions caused by inclement weather, giving me confidence that the work carried out will ensure good condition trouble free flat roofs for years to come. At the end of each day the team always tidied up, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a thoroughly professional high quality company who provide a great end product solution for troublesome flat roofs.

We have just had a complete re-roof of our house and consider ourselves lucky to have chosen Barwick roofing. From the original contact to discuss the job to the end with the scaffolding and skip collected, Chris and his team could not have been more pleasant and professional. This is a first class company from the top down. Chris came round to discuss the job, the tiles we could choose, the timing of the job and the quote. When the quote arrived it was itemised so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Not only that, the quote was the price we paid at the end and he didn't ask for a penny up front. The people he employed were a credit to the company. They were hard workers, no slouching off for endless breaks and skilled at what they did. The roof looks fabulous and was done within a quick timeframe. They were neat and tidy clearing up, sweeping up and being considerate to us and our property. Scope Remove existing Rosemary tiled roof, old guttering, downpipes and associated detritus Insulate above ceilings with Rockwool / Kingspan Re-roof using salvaged Rosemary tiles, if not feasible use larger tiles Paint and repair bargeboards Point and flaunch chimney stacks Install new guttering and downpipes where required Check for other defects that come to light and propose remedial action Tidy up Budget £17,750 Timescale 3 to 4 weeks, weather dependent Issues On stripping the roof it was found that the Rosemary tiles were in too bad a condition to be reused, it was not possible to source reclaimed tiles in the quantity or within the timescale allowed. A decision was made to continue using a different tile, Calderdale Rustic which would create a similar roof to Rosemaries, which were available on a short lead time in the quantity required. A wire became disconnected from a pull switch during the installation of the insulation over the West Wing of the property. This was quickly put right by an electrician. A skip arrived late holding up operations for a morning. An end stop on a gutter had not been fitted, when pointed out it was rectified the following day. Chamfering of the white chimney by a 3rd party was not done to specification, rectified by BW. What went wrong? Apart from the issues above, nothing What went right? The BW core team (Neil, Bradley) and others were hard working and personable. Their timekeeping was good and they were there when they said they would be. They answered my questions regarding the work to be done / being done / what has been done. Communications were good, I was kept informed of the next steps and any particular delays / out of specification work required. The scaffolders were good and articulate, in my experience that is sometimes not the case. The project came in on budget, it was of a 5 week duration, the scaffold being up for 43 days. The end result is excellent. Highly recommended.

We are so glad that we decided to go with Greenhill for our natural slate re-roof. After being let down badly and left with nothing but a plastic tarpaulin for a roof by a rogue trader, we were so relieved to finally be in good hands with Greenhill. Jamie's extensive, proven experience and qualifications assured us that the quality of work carried out - and the materials used - would be to the highest standard. We were especially reassured by Greenhill's NFRC Competent Person status, meaning we could be certain that all was taken care of in relation to building regulation compliance and that all work would be to a high standard of workmanship. No one wants to hear the words "you need a complete re-roof" but that was Jamie's assessment when he came to inspect a leak. How right he was, the roof was leaking in several areas, there were several rotten timbers, the chimneys were all unstable and a recently installed velux style window had bee incorrectly fitted. All the problems he identified were confirmed by photographic evidence and the options for repair discussed with us. From the initial inspection, providing a quotation, co-ordinating with solar panel installers and identifying and solving problems that arose Jamie and his team were thoroughly professional, competent and trustworthy. I can totally recommend Greenhill roofing to anyone needing roof work.
