We have used Andy to re-roof our last 2 houses and to do work on our firm’s office building. We have also recommended him on to multiple friends and without exception everyone has been very happy with the quality and value of his work and how easy he is to deal with. After he re-roofed our house last year a neighbour stopped me to say how courteous and quiet our roofers had been. I have no hesitation in recommending APM roofing!

I have used APM Roofing on several occasions and every job was completed to an extremely high standard and was always finished on time. The work area was always left clean and tidy and all waste was removed and disposed correctly, I know Andy has his own skip at his yard and all waste is disposed of correctly which was very important to me as a customer. Great service from Andy. Had rain water coming through into the back bedroom and Andy came round very promptly to take a look for us. He found that we had a broken tile and the waterproofing beneath this was also rotten. Within the day he had provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was back soon after to get the roof watertight again. Once the work was completed he also provided us with pictures of the repairs he had carried out. As well as the excellent workmanship and professionalism he displayed he was also very pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Andy highly enough and I will be using him again for any other repairs and roof maintenance.

Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I was incredibly nervous about having the work done, scaffolding, noise and mess, i didn't want any of it, but I honestly could not have picked a better man for the job. He put me completely at ease and carried out the world so diligently and with such excellent communication, the whole thing was an absolute breeze and now my house looks brand new. Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! They were great at keeping everything tidy before finishing each day. We’d definitely highly recommend Tony and team to anyone needing this type of work doing.

Tony and his team have done an amazing job on our roof replacement. From start to finish Tony explained everything clearly and happily accommodated my requests. It was a big job including a full tiled and flat roof replacement along with soffit, fascia, drainpipes and guttering. They worked so hard and to a very high standard (even the neighbours and passersby were complementing their work). TC roofing have done a number of jobs for me in the past, most recently replacing my gutters. The job was completed while I was at work and no mess left behind, Terry is helpful and reliable.

Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. Our roof started leaking just as we were about to leave for the airport which caused us a lot of panic. Bailey and Co roofing were quick to fit us in and came to diagnose the problem quickly. They were back within a couple of days to replace the lead flashing and we were thrilled with the result. They sent photo and video evidence of the work they had done and we are very satisfied with their work.

He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Ash and co were very professional, informative and helpful. A quote was provided quickly and preferences discussed. Ash took photos throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and to check in with me. Originally asked for roof work which he advised I didn’t need as the roof was in good condition so he continued with new guttering, soffits and fascias which are done to a high standard. I cannot thank Ash and his team enough. I had been looking in on a property for a family member who could not move in due to ill health, and found several roof tiles had been taken off by a storm, with rain and melting snow leaking through the hole. Ash came out next day to assess between jobs and they had the hole patched the day after - less than 48 hours after my first call, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely the sort of tradesman you value when you find them, and would recommend to others.

AC Roofing came and saved the day, I previously had my roof done by some cowboy roofers who left it in a bit of a state - AC Roofing fixed the issues and finished the work to a high standard. Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Alex has done a fantastic job on our recent roofing project. He was easy to deal with from start to finish, super professional and affordable (in comparison to other quotes we received). I had a leak into my roof which other roofers had failed to locate and resolve. Alex spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to locate and research what the problem could be. He came back to the house to help at very short notice and was the only person who managed to fix the problem. Not only was it fixed, he did other work to prevent further issues at a very, very reasonable rate. I haven’t had any problems since. Alex and his team are also very kind and great at explaining what they’re doing and why. He has also provided advice to my parents which really helped them to work out what steps they should take with some repairs to their house. I would highly recommend.

Alex provided an excellent service at a fair price when we needed gutters clearing as part of a house sale. He also gave excellent advice and a competitive quote to install vents which would resolve a long standing issue with condensation between the loft space and upstairs bedrooms. We were able to pass on Alex's quote to the new buyers with confidence.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.
