Had a fallen tile from roof probably due to recent storms, rang Premier Elite roofing at 5.30pm and even at such a late time of day they was willing to come out straight away, however decided that following morning would be better. Had shopped around for a few roofers and had some absolutely ridiculous quotes from a few clowns. We were beginning to loose hope to find anyone decent...but then thankfully searched on Google maps and came across Shane at Premier Elite Roofing... We rang and he came out the next day to give us a quote.. Put it this way...literally over a grand less than the cowboy who had quoted us before.. Shane managed to get to us within a week or two and fixed the damp by replacing the grouting in the chimney stack. Utter professional. A decent bloke. Him and his mate worked hard and got the job done. Now the neighbour is using them for her roof repairs and the next neighbour... And the next..!! A decent honest tradesmen. And one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Don't go to anyone else. Trust me. These 5 Star reviews just prove it.

After referral from a friend, Premier Elite came and provided me with a prompt and sensible quote for works to chimneys and brickwork. They took pics of the problem areas and pointed out what needed doing. They came and carried out the work at the earliest opportunity to a high standard. Everything done as agreed with more pictures to show the completed works. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic service; initial communication was via whats App regarding my roof tiles that had come off due to the heavy winds/storm. They came out on the same day to have a look and provided a decent quote which we were happy with. They arrived on the day and time agreed and got the new tiles on promptly. Our thanks and big appreciation to Curtis and Daniel, who inspected and then repaired a balcony floor which was leaking into the bedroom below whenever it rained. First chance they had free time, they were over and worked the day to clear, repoint and re-cover the area, also clearing and tidying another flat roof part at the back of our place, doing a great job for both tasks. After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This is the 5th time I'm using his firm on various properties since 2015. Phil and his team are always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and above all thorough. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price. Lee turned up in the snow and made our roof water tight to see us through the night, turns up the next morning with Shaun, and after two trips to different reclamation yards to get the exact replacement tiles(over 50 year old ones) my roof is now as good as new. Great lads, honest and reliable. Definitely recommended. Before, during and after photos too 👌👌

Just resently had a new roof fitted november 2024 by Lee and Shaun from High priority roofing. I found them to be very honest hardworking and the price they quoted was very reasonable. Overall i was extremely pleased with the work they did and even did some extra work for me that wasn't even included in the price. When we had the recent snow it was evident when it thawed that the gutter at the front of the house was leaking badly at a seam. I had no idea which company to choose, always there are a mix of good and bad. I chose Eagle roofing and I am glad that I did. All the joints(4) in the front gutter were redone and photos taken before and after. This was approx. 4 weeks ago and there is no sign of further leaks and we have had plenty of rain! Roof slates had slipped near the chimney stack and the leading around the bottom of the stack also needed replacing. The work was carried out again, by Eagle Roofing, when the weather had improved. I had a leak around the chimney in October last year. I rang eagle roofing and Mathew called round the day after. He gave me a quote and completed the work the following week. 4 months later the leak still hasn’t reappeared and Mathew has called twice since to see how the chimney was. Great customer service I would definitely recommend.
