Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

Bailey's & Co recently completed a whole new re-roof at my property, Dave initially assessed the roof and provided different quotes for whatever roof option I chose. I agreed to the reroof and he was prompt in booking in. On the day, the guys arrived on time and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am very happy with the work they did - they even cleaned up after themselves and took way the old roof tiles. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, Top lads !! I have also recommended him to family members, my mum has also had a porch issue rectified by Bailey's and would also use him again.

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. The communication was great, Dave always had time to answer any questions and gave a full debrief at the end of every day. He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! No more stress over leaks and no more noise from rattling side tiles, cheers.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. We asked Ben his thoughts on some tiles that were loose on the roof and his team replaced them at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend Leeds and District to others!

Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! AC Roofing came and saved the day, I previously had my roof done by some cowboy roofers who left it in a bit of a state - AC Roofing fixed the issues and finished the work to a high standard. They were great with communications and always turned up when they said they would, a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Ash and co were very professional, informative and helpful. A quote was provided quickly and preferences discussed. Ash took photos throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and to check in with me. I cannot thank Ash and his team enough. I had been looking in on a property for a family member who could not move in due to ill health, and found several roof tiles had been taken off by a storm, with rain and melting snow leaking through the hole. Ash came out next day to assess between jobs and they had the hole patched the day after - less than 48 hours after my first call, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely the sort of tradesman you value when you find them, and would recommend to others.

I contacted West Leeds Roofing from overseas to remove an aerial that was not secured properly. Bradley was out there in a couple of days and safely removed the old aerial. Communication was excellent throughout and he kept me informed of progress. Great job - thoroughly recommend them.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

The roofers from DPR roofing arrived when they said that they would, they were polite, kept us informed of the process, and were helpful if we had questions. From what we can see of the roof repairs from the ground, the work is very neat and professional.

The day after moving house in November 2023, we discovered that our garage flat roof leaked. We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. SDK Roofing are extremely professional. They’re clean, tidy and well organised - from the receptionist answering the phone, to mixing cement out on the street on a ground sheet to avoid mess. Danny is friendly and easy to get along with, which makes talking about what you want doing effortless. Finding good tradespeople is always a gamble, so I’m glad I’ve found a good one for any roofing work I need doing in the future.
