Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Had a tile blown off a few weeks earlier and Ryan replaced it free of charge, thank you both very much for your professionalism and hard work. I would without hesitation recommend VJR roofing.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial quote where Pete was prompt, to also giving our neighbours a quote and to the finished product Pete and Ryan, as well as the other men working with him were incredibly efficient, hardworking, tidy, quiet and lovely to have work for us. Needed a whole new roof on my house including my dormer fixing as it was full of leaks that were getting worse by the minute. Peter and his team where friendly and reliable, scaffolding was up nice and quick, the job was completed in just a few days and it looks great.

Tony was extremely professional from start to finish. He communicated everything about our roof replacement clearly, with timescales adhered to, and an attention to detail that gave me trust and confidence throughout. The team carried out all works to a high standard - going over and above to accommodate some additional requests - and with very minimal disruption. Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I was incredibly nervous about having the work done, scaffolding, noise and mess, i didn't want any of it, but I honestly could not have picked a better man for the job. He put me completely at ease and carried out the world so diligently and with such excellent communication, the whole thing was an absolute breeze and now my house looks brand new. I never knew how much joy you could get out of a new roof until now. Tony and his team have done an amazing job on our roof replacement. From start to finish Tony explained everything clearly and happily accommodated my requests. It was a big job including a full tiled and flat roof replacement along with soffit, fascia, drainpipes and guttering. They worked so hard and to a very high standard (even the neighbours and passersby were complementing their work). Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

Will and his team from Roofology have just completed a big job for us, for a house with a difficult roof, plus three bay window roofs, a large flat porch roof, and tiling below a bay window which needed stone and rotten wood removing and restoring. They have made a beautiful job of it, with decorative ridge tiles to the roof, a colour which matches the previous roof and brickwork, and full insulation. They are a cheerful and helpful team who take care and pride in their work. Will is a particularly good communicator in person or by text or e mail, and he came promptly and the work was done soon after we had agreed the quote. This was very unlike other firms who did not come when they said, or did not get back to us with a quote, and didn’t seem to listen to what we wanted. Excellent team, would highly recommend. Will quoted fairly, explained the work needed and turned things around quickly. Job was finished to a high standard and communication was great throughout with regular updates and photos of progress. Wrapped up any snagging jobs quickly and just a generally nice chap!

Used M&S roofing to remove and install a new GRP roof where the original one had been poorly installed by a previous tradesman and ended up failing after 3 years. They came when they said they would, completed the job in the timescale indicated, (despite the british summer weather, providing a challenge half way through) did a good job and issued warrenty and guarantee. Joe the supervisor and his colleagues were polite and professional. Happy to recommend them.

I'm writing this review as a last resort, but since nobody is showing up it doesn't really matter how it will influence our 10 year relation (guarantee period). I will do my best to keep this short and honest. Let's see how I do. So we've picked the quote from M&S for a complete re-roof (inc gutters, fascias) with flat roof repair to stop it from dripping and soaking up the side wall. For the re-roof pretty straight-forward job, picked the tiles we like and it went quite smoothly. Flat roof was supposed to be done so it doesn't drip- any way they see fit. They have offered re-felting it, seemed reasonable, so that was agreed. Unfortunately, either by lack of experience or the quality of work, the roof is still dripping, in the same places, soaking up the wall. On top of that, the main roof gutter, where it joins with our n-bours gutter, has been leaking. And since it's at the joint, it makes a lovely waterfall onto my n-bours walls and windows. ALL the issues above have been fixed now. Below you can see all the updates and how long it took. In general the company is reliable, just a shame they are soooo busy, it's hard work to meet up with them. Ive attached a pic of before and after gutter correction. If google allows it I will keep this review in edit and up to date after each and every significant development of situation- both good and bad. If there's no progress I shall update every two weeks stating just that- no progress. UPDATE 1 28.02.22- Mr Simon has paid me a visit to discuss the repairs. Spaces between gutters will be filled to prevent leaking. Flat roof is a bit more of a complex problem, but shall be dealt with as well. As promised to keep it fair, one star up and I shall update on thursday 3.3.22. UPDATE 2 8.03.22- we are waiting for dry day. It was raining almost all previous week. Should be better in coming days. UPDATE 3 11.03.22 All issues have been tended to. It is a trustworthy company after all, just busy.
