Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. We asked Ben his thoughts on some tiles that were loose on the roof and his team replaced them at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend Leeds and District to others!

Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. The team also cleared out the debris from my gutter, both fairly priced compared to other roofers! 5*, would certainly recommend! Thanks so much!

Highly responsive from start to finish and great communication. Also a website with details of everything they do. Both these qualities are so rare to see, it feels so comforting to deal with excellent Staff who are super friendly and clearly showed what fault I had with pictures and video's before and after and walked me through the equipment and materials they were using for the fix. Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! No more stress over leaks and no more noise from rattling side tiles, cheers.

Danny came out to fix a few tiles back into place, he even fitted some new ones that were missing, all in the really cold, miserable weather just before Christmas 2018 and only charged what he had quoted originally. We had a full roof replacement done and Danny and his team were professional, punctual, respectful, clean and the standard of work is brilliant. Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Thankfully this is not often, but when we recently had a garage roof leak Action Roofing were quick to assess and diagnose the issues and offer options to solve this. We chose a full new valley and he did a great job. Whether a minor fix or a full re-roof I would recommend Matt and his team every single time. You will be hard pushed to find someone with such expertise, knowledge and diligence in this area. Such a hard worker and the finish on every job is immaculate, leaving the site in perfect condition just as they arrived. Five stars every time.

I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. The quote was reasonable and acceptable and the work carried out the following Wednesday. Once again a professional service from start to finish. This is a good and honest business.

He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. The communication was great, Dave always had time to answer any questions and gave a full debrief at the end of every day. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial quote where Pete was prompt, to also giving our neighbours a quote and to the finished product Pete and Ryan, as well as the other men working with him were incredibly efficient, hardworking, tidy, quiet and lovely to have work for us. Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

All work completed well and in good time. Nice people worth trusting. When adverse weather had slowed them down they opted to work 7 days a week to catch up, without us asking. That's dedicated workmanship.

Felix was quick to respond and came out the following day to carry out work on my roof. He sent before and after videos to show the work carried out, and happily talked me through it all…would recommend!

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.
