Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! Our roof was done back in August last year and we are happy with the work that has been done. We would definitely recommend Baileys & Co roofing!!

He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Bailey's & Co recently completed a whole new re-roof at my property, Dave initially assessed the roof and provided different quotes for whatever roof option I chose. I agreed to the reroof and he was prompt in booking in. On the day, the guys arrived on time and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am very happy with the work they did - they even cleaned up after themselves and took way the old roof tiles. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, Top lads !! I have also recommended him to family members, my mum has also had a porch issue rectified by Bailey's and would also use him again.

Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

We've used Andy a few times now, at our old house and now new house. He's a very friendly knowledgeable guy, who is always quick to respond to messages and turns up when he says. He's self sufficient and just cracks on with the work. Would definitely recommend.

I have used APM Roofing on several occasions and every job was completed to an extremely high standard and was always finished on time. The work area was always left clean and tidy and all waste was removed and disposed correctly, I know Andy has his own skip at his yard and all waste is disposed of correctly which was very important to me as a customer. Great service from Andy. Had rain water coming through into the back bedroom and Andy came round very promptly to take a look for us. He found that we had a broken tile and the waterproofing beneath this was also rotten. Within the day he had provided us with a very reasonable estimate and was back soon after to get the roof watertight again. Once the work was completed he also provided us with pictures of the repairs he had carried out. As well as the excellent workmanship and professionalism he displayed he was also very pleasant to deal with. I can't recommend Andy highly enough and I will be using him again for any other repairs and roof maintenance.

Best roofing company around! Simple. Lee and his team pride themselves on details and communication - in relative terms, something which I haven’t found other roofing “companies” to be very good at. The team are extremely knowledgeable, personal and responsive. Lee and the team inhereted a job which evolved quickly and were able to give assurance and act quickly. The communication was second to non and even came out at 10pm and Sundays just to provide assurance and help with small amount of water ingress during the “stripping” process. Something you wouldn’t get elsewhere! 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

We noticed our neighbours were having some new edging put on their property, so we spoke to the team at JPC and he managed to fit us in straight after he completed our neighbours - what fantastic service! Honestly can't praise JPC enough. Had issues with my guttering for quite some time and from the get go they showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism. They turned up on time, surveyed the work and spoke to me like a person and not try to oversell the work needed like some other quotes I had received from other firms and even better gave one of the better quotes I had. Tony and his team have done an amazing job on our roof replacement. From start to finish Tony explained everything clearly and happily accommodated my requests. It was a big job including a full tiled and flat roof replacement along with soffit, fascia, drainpipes and guttering. Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them.
