After a storm, the hip tiles on my bay window needed replacing. I contacted Phil and sent some pictures over for him to have a look at. Phil contacted me back straight away with a plan & price. Less than 2 weeks later my roof is repaired and looking better than it did when the house was new. I highly recommend Assured Pro Roofing for any roofing work you need doing.

After the recent storm my kitchen roof started leaking, I contacted Phil and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This is the 5th time I'm using his firm on various properties since 2015. Phil and his team are always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and above all thorough. They walk you through the process and are transparent and honest. On this occasion, Russel discovered that the sealant around the lead had failed in certain places and the water was finding its way in under certain wind conditions, the roof was not leaking all the time when it was raining. Russels advice was to rake all the old sealant out along the lead and then reseal it. He came back in a couple of days to do the job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Phil and his team at Assured Pro Roofing for any roofing matters.

Called them re some longstanding roof issues. Phil gave honest practical advice, then a very detailed estimate of suggested work and costs. Re-roofing was carried out to a high standard with an obvious pride in doing a thorough job, and clear explanations and photos provided at each stage. Fantastic service; initial communication was via whats App regarding my roof tiles that had come off due to the heavy winds/storm. They came out on the same day to have a look and provided a decent quote which we were happy with. They arrived on the day and time agreed and got the new tiles on promptly. We have recently had roof repairs to our valley, main roof and kitchen extension by Premier Elite Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the service received! After referral from a friend, Premier Elite came and provided me with a prompt and sensible quote for works to chimneys and brickwork. They took pics of the problem areas and pointed out what needed doing. They came and carried out the work at the earliest opportunity to a high standard. Just resently had a new roof fitted november 2024 by Lee and Shaun from High priority roofing. I found them to be very honest hardworking and the price they quoted was very reasonable. Lee turned up in the snow and made our roof water tight to see us through the night, turns up the next morning with Shaun, and after two trips to different reclamation yards to get the exact replacement tiles(over 50 year old ones) my roof is now as good as new. Great lads, honest and reliable. Definitely recommended. Before, during and after photos too 👌👌

Our next door neighbour was having work done on their roof by these lads. They came round to let me know that our roof and chimney was very dangerous and on the brink of collapse. I asked them if they'd be able to do the work so they came and gave a quote for the chimney and the gable end redoing. We agreed. Scaffolding was up within a couple of days and the lads came and did the work. Extremely efficient. Lee is a great lad and communication is second to none. Highly recommend these guys

Michael and his team completed a full re-roof including new guttering, fascias and the install of a number of Velux windows for us earlier in the year as part of a full attic renovation project and was instrumental to the success of the entire job. Michael is a perfectionist and there’s no doubt that reflects in the quality of his work, but Michael was also a great help with other aspects of our job, providing invaluable advice, feedback and also contacts when other elements of our job from other tradesmen weren’t going to plan as well as offering solutions to make good complications caused by others. He was also collaborative and helpful with the solar panel team who were following on. Danny did a first rate job of fixing my leaking food and replacing the velux windows. He works flat out, is courteous and professional and leaves the site tidy. Perfect!

Contacted DW Roofing when i had problems with my roof. He advised that he could 'patch' the problem areas but it wouldnt be a long term solution. In the end we decided that a reroof would be the best option. Danny turned up when he said he would and carried out the work to the highest standards. He was very accomodating during the removal & replacement of our solar panels, working around us. His team even helped lift them back up, which was a great help. Our faith in tradesmen has been restored and we would definitely recommend him. We are very happy with our new roof.

Came out fairly quickly to replace a roof tile and did a few bits of pointing whilst here. Everything seems good so far. It was a patch up job so don't expect it to last forever but hopefully will tide us over the next few winters.
