Just spoke with Darian, my boiler had cut out and I had no water or CH, Darian spent time over the phone giving me options of what to do to get the boiler working, got it fixed - very impressed with this service clearly Darian is focused on customer service he even emailed me the user guide for my boiler after our call - such a welcomed service on a cold Sunday afternoon! From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Andy has been extremely communcative, on time, personable throughout. He removed an old soil pipe, replaced with new, re-directed exisiting basin and bath waste, installed new tiolet and toilet waste. Made good flooring in bathroom, and replaced stonework/step outside. Oustanding service, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

We had an issue with an AirBnB we run where the toilet was leaking down the wall in the room below. Andy came out straight away and managed to stop the leak. After struggling to find a plumber, Jordan came recommended by a friend. He messaged to confirm date and time, and did a brilliant job sorting out a tricky issue with our boiling water tap! Would definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. I came across Jordan in one of the local Facebook groups and was able to get my boiler booked in for a service fast. Jordan is very polite and friendly. He did a great job, was tidy and efficient. He kindly walked me through the work he’d done and gave me advice where I needed it. Stephen came over at short notice to repair our boiler. He explained exactly what needed doing and completed the work perfectly. He's a really good guy, really easy to talk with and I thoroughly recommend him and his services. An easy 5 out of 5.

We first contacted Kloska when our boiler was playing up and wanted to discuss options for heating the extension we were completing. They couldnt have been more helpful - getting our old creaky boiler working as a temporary measure and providing a range of options to consider. When it came to replacing the boiler, they were so efficient and we hardly knew they were there. These guys know their stuff and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Our Viessmann combi boiler stopped working on Saturday 9th September, we called many heating engineering companies over the weekend a lot that used automated reply systems which gave you the impression that they were going to get back to you the same day, but none did. Stephen's voicemail said that they were closed for the weekend but that they would contact us on Monday morning after the weekend around 8:30 am to 9:30 am, after speaking with Stephen I agreed to meet him at 3:30 pm that afternoon. After inspecting the boiler Stephen informed me what parts were required and said that he could do the work on Friday 16th September, later in the week Stephen sent us a quote and called me to inform us that he could do the work on Thursday 15th which was great news as we were all having cold showers and believe me I mean cold! Stephen arrived at 8:30 am and completed the repairs for 11:30 am, Stephen was professional, polite, clean and tidy in his work and the cost was competitive, on the basis of our experience of Kloska Heating Services and of Stephen's conduct and performance I would highly recommend Kloska Heating Services.

Came and checked my 22 year old boiler that was leaking and not switching on for hot water. Quickly disconnected a couple of parts and identified problem and recognised an additional flue safety problem. Yes he could repair it but with cost of parts I decided a new boiler would be sensible. Lee rang me the next day with prices for 4 options on size and type of controller . Good price , he came and fitted it quickly, including magnetic filter and flushed the whole system. 10 year guarantee and a good price. Recommended him to two friends who are also happy.

A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.
