Stephen came over at short notice to repair our boiler. He explained exactly what needed doing and completed the work perfectly. He's a really good guy, really easy to talk with and I thoroughly recommend him and his services. An easy 5 out of 5.

Our Viessmann combi boiler stopped working on Saturday 9th September, we called many heating engineering companies over the weekend a lot that used automated reply systems which gave you the impression that they were going to get back to you the same day, but none did. Stephen's voicemail said that they were closed for the weekend but that they would contact us on Monday morning after the weekend around 8:30 am to 9:30 am, after speaking with Stephen I agreed to meet him at 3:30 pm that afternoon. After inspecting the boiler Stephen informed me what parts were required and said that he could do the work on Friday 16th September, later in the week Stephen sent us a quote and called me to inform us that he could do the work on Thursday 15th which was great news as we were all having cold showers and believe me I mean cold! Stephen arrived at 8:30 am and completed the repairs for 11:30 am, Stephen was professional, polite, clean and tidy in his work and the cost was competitive, on the basis of our experience of Kloska Heating Services and of Stephen's conduct and performance I would highly recommend Kloska Heating Services.

We first contacted Kloska when our boiler was playing up and wanted to discuss options for heating the extension we were completing. They couldnt have been more helpful - getting our old creaky boiler working as a temporary measure and providing a range of options to consider. When it came to replacing the boiler, they were so efficient and we hardly knew they were there. These guys know their stuff and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Used Kloska for the first time to service my boiler and dealing with Stephen was an absolute pleasure and a very personable fella who turned up on time as promised and goes out of his explain things. I found him to be very candid and will definitely be using them again. Great job and thanks again.

The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

Fantastic service from Simons team, my elderly mums boiler broke when the cold weather started, he managed to get someone there the same day and fix it. I will be using them again if needs and would highly recommend. Cheers guys

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.
