My landlord sent Duncan as I was having a few troubles . Duncan was so professional and went above and beyond . Gas certificate done and wireless thermostat fitted. Would highly recommend and understood my needs and some issues was causing my daughter with ASD to have meltdowns he totally understood. I would definitely recommend Duncan and look forward to working with him in the future

Duncan and his team did a marvellous job installing a new boiler and 6 radiators. They completed the work within a day, leaving the house clean and tidy and were all friendly. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was helpful and efficient, and I was provided with reports from my service. I was incredibly happy with the service i received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Tom was a life saver, incredibly punctual, clear communication and fixed our drains quickly at short notice. 3 weeks on and no problems despite having lots of ongoing issues before. Would recommend highly.

The issue was that the downstairs toilet had gotten very slow at empting over the years with a gurgling coming sound from the toilet. My suspicion was that the pipes had collapsed under the lawn where it had sunk, hence my procrastination in getting it fixed. I had dug up the lawn to expose the pipe and made an incision for a camera inspection. My first contact with SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd was through their online quote enquiry form. They got back to me immediately and suggested they could visit my property that same day as they already had a job in my area that morning. They immediately got to work using high pressure jetting equipment from their purpose built vehicle. After a couple of hours it was very reassuring to see inside the fully intact pipes. The on-screen camera pictures showed the removal of the blockage which was actually ingrowing roots. They were totally removed from the house, all the way into the main sewer some 20 meters away into the road. I highly recommend SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd to anyone who may be worried about their similar drainage issues. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was worth every penny. Thank you Tom and colleague for giving us back the use of our downstairs toilet.

I can highly recommend Tom from SOS Drainage & Plumbing. He came out the same day I called him, arrived exactly when he said he would, found the blockage, and fixed it within an hour. I had been at the end of my tether because DynoRod had been unable to find the problem and we had been left with an overflowing toilet. Tom calmly sorted it out and even gave us advice for the future, all at a reasonable price. I’d definitely use SOS Drainage & Plumbing again.

Very good and tidy worker - keeps mess under control even when removing old tiles etc. Knows his stauff and inspires confidence which is not misplaced. Has installed two showers, replaced a toilet and basin, replaced several taps, repaired a toilet cistern, replaced a hot water cylinder (dramatically improving the shower pressure). Really pleased with his work - highly recommended. Also extremely happy with the tilers he uses.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price!
