Duncan and his team did a marvellous job installing a new boiler and 6 radiators. They completed the work within a day, leaving the house clean and tidy and were all friendly. Duncan was very good to deal with from the outset. He communicated well and went out of his way to source specific radiators. A good job at a reasonable price. Thank you.

My landlord sent Duncan as I was having a few troubles . Duncan was so professional and went above and beyond . Gas certificate done and wireless thermostat fitted. Would highly recommend and understood my needs and some issues was causing my daughter with ASD to have meltdowns he totally understood. This is a fab firm of plumbers.We had a problem to-day with our combi boiler due to cold weather.A very helpful lady in the office booked the job in for the same day.A heating engineer attended,as promised,at 5.00 p.m.,and completed the necessary repairs.The service we received to-day was quite exceptional.This is an excellent company run by very professional,conscienscious and knowledgeable staff.Very highly recommended.

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Hasan provided a really good service, Hasan did two jobs for me, one was to identify a leak and fit a new bath in at my mothers, which was done quickly and efficiently; He noticed some bad workmanship from a previous job straight away. And the other was to fix a faulty tap at my house. Hasan is a decent young lad who is honest and hardworking, he is technically sound. I would thoroughly recommend his company.

Very good and tidy worker - keeps mess under control even when removing old tiles etc. Knows his stauff and inspires confidence which is not misplaced. Has installed two showers, replaced a toilet and basin, replaced several taps, repaired a toilet cistern, replaced a hot water cylinder (dramatically improving the shower pressure). Really pleased with his work - highly recommended. Also extremely happy with the tilers he uses.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. Had our Viessmann boiler serviced by Phil this afternoon. Friendly guy and took the time to explain everything to me, even after having a nightmare of a job in the morning which over-ran (completely understandable, these things happen and he did apologise). Will certainly use Thompsons in future! Service record and invoice are sent electronically after the job is completed.

Original service by the company was poor. The guy who came to serve us didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Installed our boiler awfully and decided to duct tape it to the wall because the glue/moulding wasn't holding it. He also propped it up with a PVC pole. I complained to the company and left a 1* review. This was picked up the next day by the manager, who came out with the same guy to ensure he fixed his mistakes. The worker and the manager came and refitted the entire boiler and our cupboards back into place all in one sitting. Manager was an incredibly nice, apologetic, and thorough guy. Very happy he came out to sort things out as I was feeling very anxious about the state it was left in previously. Thanks! Now we have hot water again AND our kitchen put back together.
