I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Fantastic service from Negas. Our boiler packed in during the winter and Paul and the team provided great knowledge and advice on finding the right new boiler. The guys are fab and provide an excellent service and have maintained the boiler since. It’s refreshing having someone coming to home on time with a smile on their face, friendly and do a clean job. First of all, I consulted Which?, made a chart and we decided which makes of boiler we would consider. Then I looked at the models we thought we would like. I phoned Paul in the Negas office and set out our requirements. Paul was very helpful and after our discussion, I removed one make of boiler from the boilers that we were considering having. Nigel came round, looked at our house, and discussed our requirements. He was excellent, and we settled on a particular model of Worcester boiler. Nigel was thorough and in the end gave us a price for the boiler, filter, and all work required to install it. When I phoned Paul to go ahead with the boiler he said we could have it installed any day next week, and we opted for Tuesday - so there wasn't a long wait! On the day of installation, Scott arrived at about 8 am, and got on with installing the boiler, filter, drain, etc. with no fuss at all. Scott was superb! He explained the controls etc. before he finished at about 3 pm. We are very pleased with our new boiler, and the service we have had from all 3 Negas people that we have dealt with. Neither of us believed that we could get a new boiler as quickly and easily as we did! Negas has been top-class, and our new boiler gives us much hotter water than the old one - we just wish we had replaced our boiler earlier!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Had a really good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend. Our boiler was not working and needed looking at urgently. One call, and a boiler technician, Abdul, was on his way. Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Recently had a new boiler fitted after repeated issues with our old one which eventually packed up. Danny and his team were brilliant, they were quick with responses and getting us a quote. It was so quick and easy, completed all the paperwork for the finance online which took 5 mins and next day they were here fitting it. The work they have done is top quality, we would one thousand percent recommend them and will back for all future work we need!
