Today was the first time I have used Holmfield garage. My garage for 15 years was WJ Motors in Halifax but the owner has retired. I was attracted to use this garage by the positive reviews and the fact it was local. I had a while you wait MOT today. It was originally booked in for 2 days ago but I had to cancel due to being snowed in - this was no problem to them. Sean did the MOT. It passed. He was happy to chat afterwards about general things about my vehicle to keep an eye on. Whilst waiting in the office the general ambience I got was that of a family like feeling between the employees. Everyone was cheerful and chatty despite the freezing conditions being challenging. I will be continuing to use this garage for my other vehicles and I hope to have a similar experience when the time comes I need more than an MOT. Thank you Holmfield!

My first time using this garage and everyone was really friendly, kept in touch and didn’t mess me around or overcharge I broke down and they had to tow me but they were there within the hour. They had to keep my car for another day or so but gave me a courtesy car as I have a young child and needed it for the school run. Overall really great service, couldn’t be happier, would recommend to anyone 😊😊😊

I could have used many local garages but chose to travel after a family member recommended Holmfield MOT & Repairs.These guys were genuinely honest with me from the moment I contacted them over the phone and booked my car in straight away.Very friendly & polite staff when I arrived at the centre. In the end,I could have paid hundreds of pounds elsewhere for work which was not necessary on the car but they advised me not to spend so much if not needed and saved me money. Very honest,friendly & professional. Would highly recommend these guys & I would use their service again. 5* business

Excellent. Having a mid life crisis I was looking to buy a soft top vehicle.bought a car from Jaggers last week, . I live in the midlands so a lot of this transaction was based on trustworthiness of the company. My son in law went to view on my behalf. He said the staff were fabulous. No pressure to buy, answered all questions and provided all details. I contacted Emma the next day to arrange the sale, I questioned the mechanical worthiness (being a woman this was futile, but had asked men’s opinion). Emma, what a lovely bright and cheerful lady she was, she assured me of the cars condition even offering to change the timing belt (think it’s called) and full service and MOT. She even offered to tax it on my behalf. I really felt I could trust her so went ahead with the sale. On Friday 29 may my new car arrived, I am absolutely over the moon it’s in pristine condition sounds amazing and has many a male assure me that this was an excellent purchase. Just want to thank Jaggers and Emma for my little red Audi you have made me so happy that as a lady I was able to rely on a Garage that didn’t rip me off.

Honest and good mechanics are hard to find these days. For the last 5 years I have only been using AA motors. He is quick to find faults, repairs at the best standards and has reasonable pricing. Very highly recommended!

Nad is the main man, fixed my van washer wiper motor and told me were to get it from saved me money, excellent service and repaired my van same day, would highly recommend to friends and family

These guys are legends. They are really friendly, they explain everything to you. They update you with how the repairs going with photos to your what’s app. They let you know if your car has any other visible issues that should be looked at for future reference. I took my car here to get the water pump, timing belt and fan belt changed as coolant was leaking from the water pump seal. Can’t get better customer service than this.

I needed my timing chain replacing on my car which required the whole engine taking out. The guys down there did a brilliant job as it is was a time consuming delicate job. They also took some extra care cleaning the valves out that were blocked whilst the engine was out, which I didn't know was blocked. Completing the job the car is mechanically sound and running as when I first purchased it. Thank you to the team for doing such a good job as this was a major repair. They will be my go to.

As a women I can’t rate them highly enough, my sister also comes here regularly and recommends them, firstly they fitted me in last min, there communicate was great. As well as looking after my car they looked after me so well I usually feel intimidated by garages. Very welcoming the garage is very busy Mr Khan has been open over 30 years, he has very loyal customers and be prepared to wait as the garage is very busy, family run business and deals with Mot's, body repairs and mechanical work, no job is too difficult will accommodate new customers but would be beneficial if you called and arranged an appointment. Super service. I had my car MOT and serviced, feel the difference resolving works carried out, explains individual repairs and recommendations moving forward, great customer service, very welcoming. James is a great car man who has a Rare added advantage of been honest to a fault. Is the second time I have used him to do two cars and rang me up to let me know one wasn’t ready for a service yet but had given it a once Over at no extra charge sorting a bit of oil and to come back in 6 months. Excellent service, thorough and competent, the staff are first rate, very knowledgeable and helpful. In short, they know what they're doing, and do it extremely well, at a very competitive price. I won't use anywhere else. I tried elsewhere once, through necessity, and these guys rectified the others' mistake! (Failed to bolt pedal box back after a repair!!!) The guys at Northowram Garage carry out all of our servicing and repairs on our small fleet and family cars. The level of detail is impeccable and the quality of parts used is fantastic. I cannot sing the praises of Ian and Alan at Northowram Garage highly enough. I've been taking my car to them for many years now, and always receive friendly, polite service and nothing is too much trouble for them.
