I have nothing, nothing but great things to say about IVS. These guys have taken care of four VW or SEATs in my family for well over 15 years. They are amazingly efficient and courteous and extremely competent at their job. They only use genuine parts, getting those brought in from the dealer. The prices are exceptionally reasonable, such that you wonder whether they have charged you enough! They don’t do tyres or MOTs, but MOTs are coming as they’re building a dedicated garage there. I trust them implicitly and would heartily recommend you try them!

I've been coming here for at least 15 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Mark always takes the time to explain what the issue is and is honest and experienced. They use genuine parts and complete the job to the highest standard. I am pleased that I have a mechanic that I can trust.

My Audi A4 had an issue that could not be fixed after visits to Kwik Fit and another independent garage. Mark fixed the problem while he was on the phone to another customer - and used the engine management software to diagnose the issue. It took him about 1 minute. Did not charge me.

I took my 05 plate Audi A3 to IVS following a recommendation from my current garage. I had the engine warning light repeatedly coming on and the car had been repeatedly scanned for several years and the fault wasn't found or the light permanently cleared. However, IVS scanned and fixed the fault the same day and even adjusted the original quote even cheaper. As a result my engine light is now off and I'm so pleased. As a female visiting some garages it can create a lot of anxiety, however, the problems were clearly explained and I felt more reassured. I would definitely recommend this garage and use again. I booked my Audi in on 29/08/2024 for an MOT, service, diagnostic scan and a list of jobs that a previous local mechanic had not completed. Due to the specialist knowledge and experience of Mark and James, all jobs including the wiring of mirrors and replacement of rear wiper motor were carried out expertly and within a day. All the work was carried out to a very high standard for an excellent price. I cannot thank you guys enough and would definitely recommend again.

I was recommended to KG Autos after a friend had some work done on his classic Porsche. Kevin and the team we're very accommodating and knowledgeable and you truly felt welcome. You can't say that about many mechanics. They diagnosed and tuned my LPG system on my American Motorhome and more recently an MOT. It's a round trip of 40 miles for me but the quality of work and genuine enthusiasm encourages me to return as well as recommend them.

I always use KG Autos for MOTs, servicing and maintenance. The reason being that because I don't know much about auto mechanical things, I need someone who I can trust. The bills are never too scary, which is a good sign. I've trusted Kevin with 20 year old and much newer cars.

I phoned willow garage last minute as my car was stranded with a flat battery. Chris was very prompt and sent someone out within the hour even though he doesn't do call outs. Even though I have never used willow garage before and don't know Chris he wouldn't accept any payment for his services. If I could give willow garage a higher score I would. Cheers Chris.

Chris' who runs the place is a genuine guy. Willow garage has kept my VW polo on the road for around six years so have no hesitation in recommending willow garage. And to top it off his prices are very reasonable. Try them well worth a visit.

Had my car repaired for mot was pleasantly surprised by final bill very reasonable and a professional job. My only gripe would be I wasn't notified when it was ready which would have been nice but I will be returning when needed hopefully not to soon and perhaps a different vehicle. Thanks.

I cannot speak too highly of this garage run by Tim Spencer with his staff Darren and Scott, not forgetting the super-informed and efficient Julie in the office and reception. They are a fantastic team - I have been a satisfied customer for about 40 years and they have all always gone out of their way to be helpful and solve all my car problems, often going beyond normal expectations. There hasn’t been a single occasion when I was less than happy with the service or prices! I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who values good service.

Well firstly I would like to say anyone near marsh, who needs a car mechanic, you’d be foolish not to use these guys, absolutely the best garage I’ve used in 22 years of driving, they had my BMW in the other week to carry out some work, which had been supposed to be done by another local garage who failed to do the job properly, not only was the job done quickly and properly I had a shock at how fairly they priced the work, you really couldn’t ask for nicer people either, you are made to feel welcome and at ease by everyone at the garage. Brilliant service from Mark today. First time customer, recommended by my brother in law having been let down by another mechanic. Issue with seized brake calipers which Mark quickly diagnosed and ordered the likely replacement part. Upon inspection though, the part just needed freeing up not replacing and he agreed to add the inspection charge to the next bill. Thoroughly impressed with Marsh Garage, will certainly be bringing my vehicles back for maintenance and MOT. Thanks Mark, knowing what advice to trust with car related stuff can be tricky. Amazing value for money! After the main dealer quoted £180 just to diagnose the fault, these guys managed to diagnose it and fix it for less than £100! And managed to squeeze my repair in within 2 days of my first call. Couldn't be happier, they were helpful, friendly and professional. I'll definitely use them again!!
