Phil is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going here on and off from being a young lad with my first car and looked after by this family firm firstly by the sadly late and great Roger now Phil. My advice is book early as its always busy and loads of cars outside. I had an immobiliser issue and Phil gave me a number to try resolve my problem even though I hadn't been in for a while. We have used Chapel Auto's services on our cars for many years and can say, in all honesty, that we wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. MOT, servicing and running repairs all completed to a high standard and at a very fair price. I even tried to get them to fail my wife's car so she'd have to get a new one but they were having none of it! Overall, excellent, prompt and friendly service.

Timing chain failed in Ripon my recovery company recovered my vehicle to RM motors yard at 1015pm. I called one of the staff and they opened the gate for the recovery vehicle to drop my van off. They stripped the engine down fixed my van. The van now runs perfectly and the price was reasonable and will use again!

Family car Lexus GS was booked in for brake skimming,arrived in the morning and waited around while the work was carried out. Richard and the team were more than accommodating (thanks for the brews). A friendly garage with great communication and transparency in explaining the process and duration for brake skimming. Squeezed my car in for diagnostics at short notice. Cleared the faults from the system, advised me on what parts were needed if the faults showed up again and even gave me an estimate on the spot. Didn't charge me a penny for any of this, fantastic service and will definitely use again in future.
