Fantastic service and work on my car that had an intermittent fault light. The diagnosis and repair work was carried out quickly and they helped fit the job in around my work shift that day. My mother was sleeping in my Thule roof box (I only let her out on Thursdays) and they carried out the work, she says they never woke her so she was very happy as well as me. Recommended.

How many garages can you say have a jolly line of people queueing up to happily pay for services? I know of none apart from Simon’s garage. All staff are all super friendly and helpful with a personal touch and a little twinkly eyed joke and banter between regulars. It’s a rare and very highly valued service that they provide and I really hope they realise how highly people rate them. Not a Bodge job in sight. Top notch. Thanks guys.

Can’t rate these guys enough absolutely spot on - Especially Darren who was my personal super driver :) I had a collision with another road user, my insurance sorted out the repairers for me and as my car was drivable but not legal as I had half of my registration plate missing, they came & collected my car for me. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and my car was ready for collection after 8 days of them having it. Collected my car and there was still a scuff on the bonnet, Darren sorted it out for me but then there was a paint chip underneath the scuff, he said once he had a car of the same colour that if I brought my car back through he’d sort that out too ☺️ they’d even give my car a mini valet too, great! These guys really do go above & beyond for you!

I have been taking my Audi A3 to the Drive in Service Centre for a good few years now and I have to say they are very professional and extremely informative. I am not a mechanic by trade so I appreciate the clarification / explanations as to what exactly needs doing and the true cost involved and so far I have been always happy with what i has been discussed. My car is my pride & joy so it’s only natural that you need to trust the garage you choose and I do. I find that compared to the main dealership they offer a much fairer price with an all round great service. I believe they use Audi parts too which is very important to me. Great garage 👍
