This place is incredible! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the dental team was positive, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. I attended my half yearly dental appointment recently and are pleased to record my satisfaction at the excellent reception attention I was given and the dental treatment I received from my dentist and his assistant during my visit. I have attended the current practice and previous owners/providers since my twenties - I am now 74 years old. I have just had a two temporary crowns fitted. Will go in about 2 weeks for permanent. The prep work and fitting was absolutely painless. They use latest technology to ensure a top class job, the scanner to look at your bite on the monitor is pretty impressive. Very nice facilities and nice people. Top class.

An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. She answered all my questions in a very nice way and didn’t rush me as was the case - unfortunately - with my precious dental clinic!

I have just had the best experience with the team at Nudental , in particular Laura who took care of my initial enquiry and scans for composite bonding and then Dr Attiya who is absolutely amazing 🤩 so talented I truly can’t thank her enough for giving me the smile and teeth I have always dreamed off . From my initial consultation to the finished results she listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and as a nervous patient with an horrendous gag reflex she patiently worked with me allowing me to have my work done with sedation to achieve the best results . This morning I went for my first consultation and CT Scan. Prior to having a tooth extracted. I have a real dentist phobia and am terrified of the thought of even going through reception door. However this morning I was looked after amazingly. The nurse explained every thing too me very clearly and continued to re assure me. I felt quite calm and reassured after my visit. Thank you

I can’t lie to you I would not wish the pain that comes with surgical extraction upon anyone, especially with dry socket which I recently experienced due to the nature of surgery - but I’m also honest when I say the staff at Barkhill are always so lovely and kind, and DR Beyqi you are always so nice and have taken care of me so well (especially considering you’ve had to see me probably way more than you’ve expected packing my wound!) both him and the dental nurses I’ve met have been so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with how good they are. They have made me really comfortable and are so considerate. I’m currently swollen from a tooth extraction today but as always was sent with a helpful aftercare sheet and I know if I need anything I can call to come in and the reception staff will get me sorted! You guys are all fantastic, thank you 🙏

Dr Maaz is amazing and patient! Came last week for emergency appointment. Then today had a tooth removed. I’m very nervous about the dentist but maaz was so patient and kind with me. So far so good with my Invisalign treatment at The Dental Studio, Chelsie and the team have been great with me, especially being scared of medical settings! I’d heard good things about the Dental Studio so decided to have Invisalign with them. 12 months on and the end result has been so worthwhile for me, but surprisingly I found myself enjoying the whole journey to a point whereby I’m now almost disappointed it’s all over and my teeth are straight! 🤣 I’ve now joined this practice, as have my whole family because of the quality of service we’ve received. I have just been to see the hygienist (Susan) and she was fantastic. This is the best hygienist appointment I have had whilst I have been coming to the dental studio. Susan is an asset to your team and I would recommend her to anyone! I am not sure who her assistant was this morning but they were also really friendly and deserve positive feedback.

Always had a fear of dentists even to the point of fainting so Gemma introduced me to The Dental Studio. Ever since first walking in the whole team have been amazing and made feel relaxed. I’ve had Invisalign completed by these guys to which they said would take around 12 months. However because they are superb it’s only taken 21 weeks!! Chelsie and Jayni have been amazing from the start and Gemma always helps me above and beyond. I’ve now signed for here to become by full dentist for everything in the future. I look forward to going to each appointment to have a catch up with everyone in reception!! Now Looking forward to by bonding after meeting Martina today who is great. 100% recommend!!!!

I registered here in January 2024 and my experience has been brilliant. It's always clean and tidy inside. Reception staff are friendly and polite. My dentist (Lewis) is very professional, friendly, understanding, polite, reasurring and always makes me feel at ease, which always reduces my anxiety. My treatment is always carried out in a safe and careful manner. Appointments can be made easily. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to others 😁

I rang up complaining of pain at 11:15am got seen the same day at 12pm only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dentist did an amazing job, and I was feeling much better by the end of the appointment. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Premises were extremely clean. Free car park close by. Over all extremely happy with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as a kid. This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment. The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.

First time attending Batley Dental Centre, having not had a dentist since moving into the area 4 years ago. The Surgery itself is very very clean, modern and comfortable! Nicest Dental surgery i have ever been in! The Dentist and Dental Nurse were absolutely lovely, very patient, gentle and explained everything well. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with Dentists but all that was forgotten after just one visit to BDC. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

This practice is great. From the lovely receptionist, who is so efficient that nothing is a problem. To my dentist who is very clear in his explanation of treatments needed & involves you in all plans. I was scared of dentists until I came across this practice. Now I only get a little bit anxious.
