This practice is great. From the lovely receptionist, who is so efficient that nothing is a problem. To my dentist who is very clear in his explanation of treatments needed & involves you in all plans. I was scared of dentists until I came across this practice. Now I only get a little bit anxious.

First time attending Batley Dental Centre, having not had a dentist since moving into the area 4 years ago. The Surgery itself is very very clean, modern and comfortable! Nicest Dental surgery i have ever been in! The Dentist and Dental Nurse were absolutely lovely, very patient, gentle and explained everything well. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with Dentists but all that was forgotten after just one visit to BDC. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I can’t lie to you I would not wish the pain that comes with surgical extraction upon anyone, especially with dry socket which I recently experienced due to the nature of surgery - but I’m also honest when I say the staff at Barkhill are always so lovely and kind, and DR Beyqi you are always so nice and have taken care of me so well (especially considering you’ve had to see me probably way more than you’ve expected packing my wound!) both him and the dental nurses I’ve met have been so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with how good they are. They have made me really comfortable and are so considerate. I’m currently swollen from a tooth extraction today but as always was sent with a helpful aftercare sheet and I know if I need anything I can call to come in and the reception staff will get me sorted! You guys are all fantastic, thank you 🙏

From making the first phone call to completing my treatment, my experience has been nothing but positive. As an incredibly anxious patient, I was shocked at how quickly I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. This morning I went for my first consultation and CT Scan. Prior to having a tooth extracted. I have a real dentist phobia and am terrified of the thought of even going through reception door. However this morning I was looked after amazingly. The nurse explained every thing too me very clearly and continued to re assure me. I felt quite calm and reassured after my visit. Thank you

It’s hard to know where to start - Moussa has treated me for a while and I would never go to another dentist ever again Firstly I actually hated the dentist before and now whilst it’s not my favourite past time it’s certainly not somewhere I’m frightened to go ! I’ve had aligners for 12 months and they have improved my smile so much the difference is crazy - I’ve had a fixed retainer again fitted with Moussa and has been the best thing for me after following his advice I’ve had a deep clean and polish smile again left my teeth looking amazing and then today had to have a small filling on a visible tooth, he is such a perfectionist and made sure that this would not be visible undoing all the good work he’s already done I know you pay a little more but the difference in care, technology, environment and final result is worth the difference !!! Moussa now treats ALL my family we have all moved from NHS to Moussa

I recently attended Gomersal Dental Lounge for my dental treatment and was very happy to receive a 5* service. Dr Zaid Ali was very thorough and professional, making sure I was comfortable as a patient and well informed about my options. The administrative staff and Dental Assistant were also very welcoming. For example, I had brought my 2 year old with me for my appointment, but the team were very accommodating to the point where he sat happily in the same room whilst I received treatment. It's clear they have a great team all round at GDL and the environment is very caring and welcoming for new patients. I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for dental and aesthetic treatment.

Thank you so much to Moussa for my appointment. I hate the dentist but had an infection in a back tooth which required either root canal or removal which I decided removal I was terrified due to a experience with just a baby tooth when I was little but he was so kind, patient and gentle in which I didn’t feel any pain at all until after which I can treat with painkillers. He was amazing kept giving me breaks to rest my jaw and all round 5* service. Yes you pay more for private but you pay for their patience, expertise, beautiful surgery and kindness! Thank you ever so much to Hannan also for getting me a speedy appointment. Very grateful

I recently attended Gomersal dental lounge with my children for check ups. All of us were quite nervous, but the staff were great at putting us at ease, especially my nervous 4 year old. I was pleasantly surprised at how pretty and comfortable the clinic is, all the staff were so friendly. By the far the nicest dentist I've had in a long time.

I have been attending this practice for many years ( as does my wife and occasionally other members of my family). My experiences have always been positive and all the staff, be they receptionists, nurses or dentists are helpful, kind and professional. They are always attentive and ready to go the extra mile to provide a good service. This is nice to be able to say as it isn’t often these days that one can say that about services generally.

The dentist itself is lovely and clean and the staff on reception are always very welcoming. My 3 children are patients here and are 4, 4 and 1 years old. Chris Anderson is their usual dentist and is always absolutely amazing with all 3 of them! He always makes them feel comfortable and talks them through what he's doing! Lorraine the dental nurse was lovely and also made the boys feel comfortable and happy! Would highly recommend 👌

I have been going to Hewett's dental for 20 years with my children and I can honestly say they are amazing. We have seen Seby for many many years and he is so lovely and puts you at ease immediately. He is amazing with our autistic child, who suffers from anxiety. I also suffer from anxiety and he puts me at ease also. I saw the hygienist yesterday for a filling and clean and polish and she was brilliant with me, I was extremely anxious, but she had a very calm demeanour and numbed the areas before injecting the anaesthetic so I didn't feel it. I wasn't the easiest of patients but she took her time with me and the result was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Hewett's to anyone, especially those who are nervous

I saw Dr Khan for an emergency appointment. Wisdom tooth severely decayed and infected and pulp on display. Lots of excruciating pain. She was the only dentist active that day and was kind enough based on my pain levels to see me in between patients. She was very sweet and informative, she was empathetic and tried her absolute best to help me with my issue. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to extract my tooth because my roots are so long and bent, she referred me to hospital immediately and called me when referral was done. Very happy with the service and I plan on using the dental practice she works at for further treatment. Thank you very much Dr. khan. Have a great weekend

I have recently visited Sania Khan at Woods dental practice. She was new to me but she made a nervous patient feel comfortable and reassured by her welcome. I went to the dentist as part of my molar had fallen out. Harjeevan Sandhu, my dentist, explained everything that was going to happen, he had a very calming persona and he was so very gentle when giving my injection that I didn’t actually feel it! Afterwards he checked that everything was ok and that I understood the options moving forward. I highly recommend him!

I visited the hygenist Hayley today. Her and Amy were amazing. They both put me at ease and the banter between them made me forget about the fact that I hate visiting the dentist. I normally dread booking the next appointment but I was happy to book my next appointment. They are great assets to the Wood dental team.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. I rang up complaining of pain at 11:15am got seen the same day at 12pm only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dentist did an amazing job, and I was feeling much better by the end of the appointment. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Premises were extremely clean. Free car park close by. Over all extremely happy with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had amazing dental treatment today at the practice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like the look of my old NHS crowns, they never seemed to fit properly and the colour was dreadful with a ridge at the top! Decided to have them replaced with private crowns and they are amazing, they actually look like teeth not false crowns! Highly recommend to anyone wanting cosmetic or general dental care, prices are realistic and not ridiculous too!
