I have just been to see the hygienist (Susan) and she was fantastic. This is the best hygienist appointment I have had whilst I have been coming to the dental studio. Susan is an asset to your team and I would recommend her to anyone! I am not sure who her assistant was this morning but they were also really friendly and deserve positive feedback.

Always had a fear of dentists even to the point of fainting so Gemma introduced me to The Dental Studio. Ever since first walking in the whole team have been amazing and made feel relaxed. I’ve had Invisalign completed by these guys to which they said would take around 12 months. However because they are superb it’s only taken 21 weeks!! Chelsie and Jayni have been amazing from the start and Gemma always helps me above and beyond. I’ve now signed for here to become by full dentist for everything in the future. I look forward to going to each appointment to have a catch up with everyone in reception!! Now Looking forward to by bonding after meeting Martina today who is great. 100% recommend!!!!

I’d heard good things about the Dental Studio so decided to have Invisalign with them. 12 months on and the end result has been so worthwhile for me, but surprisingly I found myself enjoying the whole journey to a point whereby I’m now almost disappointed it’s all over and my teeth are straight! 🤣 I’ve now joined this practice, as have my whole family because of the quality of service we’ve received. From all of the friendly and professional staff on reception, to Chelsie and the rest of the dental team, my experience at the Dental Studio couldn’t have been better! Thank you James

Recently signed up with The Dental Studio, having moved to the area last year. Wow, what a great experience. Everyone is just so nice, from patient registration to appointments, everything has been super smooth. My first appointment was with Anastasia. She was incredible. Not only was she super lovely and caring, she took the time to properly examine all of my teeth, including taking various x-rays to verify work that had been done previously, and recommending a comprehensive treatment plan. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Gemma. Whilst this can normally be quite scary due to the noise of the equipment, Gemma put me at ease, gave me lots of breaks and we even laughed a few times. Having had some bad dentist experiences in the past, it’s super refreshing to join a clinic where all the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their job and provide such a caring approach to patient treatment. Treatment fees are in line with other private clinics and payment plans are available to suit different needs. In terms of appointment bookings, you get confirmation email and texts. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Khan for an emergency appointment. Wisdom tooth severely decayed and infected and pulp on display. Lots of excruciating pain. She was the only dentist active that day and was kind enough based on my pain levels to see me in between patients. She was very sweet and informative, she was empathetic and tried her absolute best to help me with my issue. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to extract my tooth because my roots are so long and bent, she referred me to hospital immediately and called me when referral was done. Very happy with the service and I plan on using the dental practice she works at for further treatment. Thank you very much Dr. khan. Have a great weekend

I have recently visited Sania Khan at Woods dental practice. She was new to me but she made a nervous patient feel comfortable and reassured by her welcome. Throughout my treatment she explained everything and throughout checked that I was happy with the treatment that she was giving me. She is a dentist that I will be very happy to continue visiting in the future.

I visited the hygenist Hayley today. Her and Amy were amazing. They both put me at ease and the banter between them made me forget about the fact that I hate visiting the dentist. I normally dread booking the next appointment but I was happy to book my next appointment. They are great assets to the Wood dental team.

Marcos passionately brilliant but he is not alone in the practice. I have had root canal with 3 roots in 1 tooth and the lady doctor was just as brilliant. Be rest assured becoming a patient at the courtyard was for me an excellent choice. There’s lots of good reviews for the courtyard believe them all .

I highly recommend this practice. I decided to have a dental implant and root canal with crown. Both treatment plans went smoothly and issue free. From the outset you are informed of the price, treatment plan and timescales. I’m happy with the finished results and the whole experience from start to finish was positive, stress and pain free. I will certainly use this practice again in the future should I need further treatment. Thank you 😃

The dental care here is outstanding. I decided to have some cosmetic dental work done so I visited 3 different dentists for a consultation. I wanted to make sure that I got a good idea of what services were on offer and got a feel for each place. The COURTYARD was the 3rd one I visited and as soon I came here I knew it was the right one. Don’t waste your time and money looking around just come here. I was made to feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The treatment and the end results look and feel amazing. Having visited the Courtyard to drop my wife off for treatment, I spoke briefly to the team at reception to see If I could join the practice and have some hygiene done having been abandoned by my NHS provider. The response was Perfect, they could Not have done better for me, and they arranged an appointment and consultation super Fast, customer care 100%, technical explanation of the treatment and prevention/after treatment behaviours by me. I learnt more From them today on care techniques than ever before. The team delivered their service with care, ensuring I understood and addressed my concerns with visiting the dentist ! Having been to the Old Church Dental Practice and having always been worried by attending dentists, this group of specialists really do take that dread away. Moazzam is a real dental artist, kind and caring and the finished tooth is a work of art. Thelma is also kind and caring and a real specialist. Having had root canal treatment her work is precise and painless a real gem. In general, all team members are polite, always courteous and wanting to put you at your ease.

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

Fantastic practice, would (and have) recommend to anyone. Incredibly friendly and personable staff, who really care and are always happy to explain my options. I always feel comfortable and I have become more confident with my smile since I joined the practice 5yrs ago.

I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. It’s a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

I registered here in January 2024 and my experience has been brilliant. It's always clean and tidy inside. Reception staff are friendly and polite. My dentist (Lewis) is very professional, friendly, understanding, polite, reasurring and always makes me feel at ease, which always reduces my anxiety. My treatment is always carried out in a safe and careful manner. Appointments can be made easily. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to others 😁

Excellent dental clinic, the reception staff are all so friendly and helpful, the nurses and dentist are kind, they take the time to explain treatments and give you different options of what is available. I feel like I finally found a dentist and a surgery that really care what's best for you. I can't praise them all enough especially Owen who is an excellent dentist, reassuring and knowledgeable.

Just had the most wonderful dental experience at Greenside Dental Care. It was an emergency appointment and the treatment was faultless. I was treated with care and compassion, I felt listened to and not at all rushed. The staff were kind and helpful and George the dentist was gentle and experienced. Over three appointments, one of them quite long, he inspired confidence with his high level of skill, as well as professional kindness, concern and conversation.
