Being honest, I hate the place. But they are very good, and do a wonderful job dealing with a dental wimp like me and putting me at ease. The receptionist deserves special mention for being so patient and managing to even get me through the door.

Myself and my husband have been patients at this practice for many years and we are extremely happy with the treatment we have received. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Our dentist is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and puts us at ease. We both highly recommend Xen Smiles and are very grateful to have such an excellent dentist.

The staff are very welcoming. Like the fact they send you a reminder text a couple of days before your appointment. I have been having trouble with my gums bleeding but with the advice from the dentist, this has nearly gone Completely. I have already recommended Xen Smiles to a number of people that where looking for a dentist to go to and would not hesitate to again

It's actually becoming a pleasure to visit the dentist!! I have been with this dental practice for decades and have seen many changes. In recent years, my teeth have been taken care of by a lovely dentist who does an amazing job, so when the practice went private, I decided to stay. My teeth and gums are in great condition to say I'm in my 60s. My visits to the hygienist, that are included in the package I pay for, are certainly a factor in this. At every appointment there is always time for a chat and to raise any concerns. I highly recommend Finkle Hill Dental Care.

I have just had my initial consultation as a new patient. I knew I had a few problems and was able to discuss all my concerns. I then had a thorough examination. We then went through the findings and discussed various options for the work that needs doing, I was given all the information. Everything was explained fully. My concerns were listened to. It was a great appointment where I felt totally at ease and came away fully informed. Very glad I registered with this practise. I can’t fault the service. Highly recommend.

Amazing practice! For someone like me (introvert & scared of dental procedures) I couldn’t imagine going somewhere else. Claire and Serena are incredibly lovely and patient. For a private practice it is also very reasonably priced and they offer lots of other specialist treatments like invisilign. Big recommend!

I used go hate going to the dentist after a couple of bad experiences when I was younger and I can honestly say that has now changed completely. Clare, Serena and the entire team at Finkle Hill are just a delight and offer an amazing service. They make you feel totally at ease and are so down to earth, it’s genuinely a pleasure going to see them all. If you’re a nervous patient, worry about being judged or hold any feelings of embarrassment, I would HIGHLY recommend them. You absolutely wont regret going.

I always have such a pleasant experience at Aesthetique! The professionalism and kindness of all the staff truly stood out. Dentist Ferakh and assistant Dana were absolutely wonderful, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointments. Can’t recommend these guys enough! I’m quite anxious with dental stuff but everyone here is so nice it makes it way easier to deal with. I had a filling done with Omar and Shelly and they were both amazing, they put me at ease and did a great job on my teeth. I’ve also seen Sam for a hygienist appointment and she was lovely too!

A genuinely lovely bunch of gals, from the dentist and assistants to the receptionist. Prices are quite reasonable and options are explained clearly. Being able to see a 3D scan of your teeth is really cool too which you get with your checkup. I'm very happy I chose Smiles.

Well I was quite phobic about going to the dentist and had let my teeth get into a bit of a state. But Dr Gill at Smiles in Chapel Allerton has made it an (almost!) pleasant experience! I have had a few composites to cover sensitive areas of my teeth where gums have receded a bit and a large gap in my front teeth closed which looks and feels so much better! Dr Gill always discusses treatments carefully with me before hand so that I fully know what to expect during the procedure. I never feel pushed into unnecessary treatments. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Smiles.

This is the best dentist I have been to. Always on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I genuinely feel that Dr Fiona and the team care about how both me and my teeth are doing and I never have to recap history. Would highly recommend.

Dr Gill has given me three fillings. I was really nervous about them but she was very reassuring and the process was smooth and stress free. By the time I had my last two it was almost a relaxing experience, pain free and easy. If you have a dental phobia, or just want a friendly and reassuring dentist, go to Smiles.

Been here for years, all staff is extremely polite, very helpful and care minded. My previous dentist at Hunslet, I had experience was very bad they charge me for check up, then re book me for filling and on the day of filling they charge me check up fee again plus ontop of my filling fee. Where as New Smile they don't, they do it accordingly to NHS rule. My previous dentist fillings keep failing after a while where as New Smile are very good can't say I would go to another dentist than these. Absolutely recommend New Smile and my Dentist James.

I had a crown fitted on one of my back teeth, it was very fast with the whole procedure only taking 40 minutes and I was shocked when I had the numbing injections and didn't feel a thing, not even the "sharp scratch" that was expected. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional and I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come here.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a very long number of years - I have always received excellent care and service. This week they have gone above and beyond. Yes I pay a monthly Denplan subscription and most patients would expect good service. However, on Tuesday I rang in a panic because I had bitten something hard which then caused a tooth to become loose. I phoned up and was seen the same day with a treatment plan put in place for today! Adam Baxter was absolutely fantastic - explained everything to me, put me at ease because I was nervous and managed to salvage my tooth for the foreseeable future. I cannot rate Adam highly enough, although new to the practice, he clearly is excellent with his patients and their treatment. Anna on Reception is always a delightful lady, nothing is ever too much trouble and her calm gentle approach is wonderful. Thank you Anna and Adam for helping me so promptly, it was very much appreciated 😊

Bridge Street Dental Surgery have a very helpful and professional team. The process from making the booking right up to the appointment is straightforward. Sue and Lucy on reception are very helpful and efficient in managing the bookings. Appointments are made well in advance, with text confirmations and reminder calls a few days before the appointment. Notification of further treatment costs at the point of booking the appointment is extremely helpful. Sue and Lucy have been very accommodating in the past when a problem has occurred and I'm unable to make an booked appointment. Robert, the Dentist shows professionalism on every visit. Robert is very friendly and engages in conversation from the moment you are called from the waiting area. Robert will explain the outcome of every check up and explain any further work needed. A brilliant surgery, and for that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

I referred myself to Bridge Street Dental for some specialist root canal treatment and I cannot recommend this dentist enough! From the beginning, Nicola was always on-hand to answer any queries or concerns I had. Her friendliness and helpfulness were very much appreciated. The dental practice itself is also very warm and welcoming with friendly staff. Rob and his team provided an exemplary service during my treatment, ensuring that my mind was put at ease throughout. As someone who suffers with dentist anxiety, I was slightly nervous at first, however Rob was patient with me, talked me through everything so I had an understanding of what was happening, and guided me the whole way. This level of care was outstanding and hugely appreciated. The excellent service continues with a post-treatment courtesy call to see if everything's okay, giving you the opportunity to discuss any issues. Overall, I felt very comfortable in Rob's care and I would not hesitate in recommending Bridge Street Dental to others. I certainly will be back should I need specialist treatment again. Even though I've never been keen on visiting the dentist, Robert and the team make it almost a pleasure. Professional team, clean surroundings and all up to date equipment. Sent reminders for appointments and can accommodate if you have an emergency.

Our entire family has been with Rob and the team for well over a decade. The service is brilliant and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Our eldest is disabled and in a wheelchair, and the practice has an accessible groundfloor surgery, which is perfect. This year I had gum surgery (I had deep gum pockets), and I really wish I'd listened to Rob and had it done sooner instead of putting off. Maria did a great job, and my teeth and gums are the best they've been for many years. Thank you Rob, Nicola, Maria and the entire team.

James Taylor has been my dentist for many years and now he has a new practice in Leeds. Lovely practice with lovely, well presented premises and friendly staff. I always look forward to my visit here and can’t recommend it enough. James has always been extra special and I would call him a friend as well as my dentist. James must be some kind of wizard…. So, I had an initial appt to run though the art of the possible as an adult with fairly bad teeth. I was reassured all the way through and got started in Jan 2024. In June I was finished, straight, white, beautiful teeth. I smile more than I ever knew I could before. I was never in pain (the retainers pinched for a day when changing them) but on the whole it was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. The team are amazing - lovely reception team, Harry and the nursing team super caring and James dentist extraordinaire. A huge round of applause to you all.

I’ve had a fair amount of treatment done recently with Dr Mike and it’s been amazing from start to finish. Was very nervous to start off with and Mike was really good at explaining what needed doing and putting me at ease! Now I have no fear of the dentist! I’ve had no issues with the treatment I’ve received, just goes to show what having a great dentist can do! The nurses are lovely aswell! The reception staff are brilliant! Always really efficient and helpful with anything I’ve needed! 10/10!!
