This was my first visit and I have never felt so comfortable. Amazing staff including the admin lady. All genuine and down to earth. I am very nervous with dentists but this place makes me want to keep going.

Been at this practice for nearly twenty years now. Obviously staff have come and gone but the professionalism and kindness have been highly maintained. Visited today with my son ,who is Autistic and Fatima ( hope that's right! ) was so patient with him and managed to do all she needed without much drama. It really means a lot. Thank you. 😊

Cannot fault at all. I have been coming here for years and recently developed an abscess. Glensi saw me on an emergency basis and immediately made me feel at ease! I have since had follow up treatment with a lovely lady and dental nurse (I’m not sure of her name) and they have been lovely. I was genuinely so nervous after been in so much pain and they go through everything step by step and just make you feel so calm through out. I’m back hopefully for the last time next week but I am going in such a calm manner now. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very polite staff and a clean and welcoming environment. The dental team explained things to me and addressed my concerns. All in all, I’ve had a good experience, delivered in a professional manner.

Hilary, my wife, having her bottom set of teeth done, from extracting the remaining teeth to having a new denture made and fitted. We’re now at the fitting stage, and it’s all gone well. Hopefully getting the final fitting in ten days time. Dr Mahmood has been great, as was the lady at the lab, who was helpful and lovely (can’t remember her name, but she’s Polish!). All in all a great experience. Will add a review and photos when finished!

Just had my fixed braces removed yesterday. I am over the moon with the outcome. Sunny is a top man and his friendly, genuine service is second to none. Highly recommend City Dental for teeth straightening.

I have a lot of anxiety around dentists and I needed a wisdom tooth surgically extracting. I was in and out within an hour, completely pain free. The staff were all lovely, particularly Dr Asif and his assistant. They were very reassuring and kind and helped me to feel calm and comfortable throughout.

After contacting Night and Day in abject agony, I was given an appointment within 90 minutes of my text to them. The service was absolutely brilliant and the staff there are so lovely, professional and caring. Dr Ali is the best dentist I've ever seen. Reassuring and calm, and just fab. I've reserved a star as I did think it was a bit overpriced. I realise it was an evening and an emergency, so expected it to cost a little extra. But £350 for an extraction seemed excessive, along with the £50 consult fee. Sorry guys, but thank you at the same time!

My partner Stuart came on Saturday for some teeth extracted (which were made loose during an operation) and a new bridge making. Dr Khalid was brilliant! He put Stuart at ease and was clear about everything he would do and the cost. Stuart is very nervous of the dentist and was made to feel comfortable at all time. Excellent service once again, and we would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, I had to have a tooth out, I had so much extreme pain for days, I phoned these guys and got a appointment same day. I was absolutely terrified and they were all so nice and reassuring. I never felt a single thing and the tooth was out in about 20 seconds. Very kind, professional service throughout. My daughter has just completed a course of treatment including a root canal, whitening and composite bonding following an accident to her teeth when she was 10 (now 16). Following orthodontic treatment her teeth were perfectly straight but the front 2 were discoloured from the trauma. The Dental Architect have been amazing, from our first visit when they explained what they could do for her to today when she picked up her new set of retainers. Khulod made the whole experience a pleasant one, she was friendly and reassured my daughter that she would give her a perfect smile which she most certainly has. The practice is a lovely space and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr Khulod was very gentle, caring and explained all my treatment options as well as answered all my (many) questions (I am always quite nervous when attending the dentist). I have just finished my Invisalign journey with City Smile Dental after about two years and the results have been brilliant! From the initial consultation to now everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Dr Ayman has been amazing throughout, and was always very thorough and transparent with what to expect. I was always fully informed before making any decisions (which included a tooth removal) and was never rushed into anything. After previously having a bad experience with an NHS orthodontist where I felt rushed through and left without any understanding of the next steps, in contrast I could feel how much pride Dr Ayman has in his work and that he took the time to consider what was best for my case. I’m really happy with my experience of using VICI Dental in Leeds City Centre. I managed to get a booking just a few days before the appointment which gave a good first impression. All of the team that I encountered were professional, courteous and great at their jobs. Ellie the hygienist and the lady who assisted her (sorry, I didn’t get your name) put me at ease throughout the treatment (I’m normally pretty nervous in the chair) and the television playing a nature documentary helped to take away my nerves too.
