I've been going to Pontefract dental care for a few years now and would highly recommend them. The practice is clean and modern with really helpful friendly staff. The booking system is very organised and the reception team usually call prior to appointments as a reminder which is really handy. The dentists and nurses are wonderful, I've never had any pain during the procedures I've had, and they've filled me with confidence each time. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 10***********

Can’t recommend this dentist practice enough. Every is so friendly and helpful, the dentists always take time to explain issues and treatment plans and options. They always get you in at the earliest opportunity when requesting emergency treatment too. They also recognised issues with my daughters teeth that our previous dentist didn’t.

I have been a member of Pontefract Dental Care for many years. The staff on reception are always pleasant and welcoming and contact well in advance if amendments to appointments are required. I have been with Poppy for a number of years now and she always does a thorough examination, she is always very nice and welcoming and clearly shows a level of care that goes a long way in my opinion.

The new young man who has joined the practice is lovely and puts you at ease straight away. He remembered everything about me from my last visit, and took the time to ask about my own well being and if I was coping since losing my husband, offering support if I found myself struggling. My doctor hasn't even asked me those questions. His exam was very thorough, gentle and very reassuring. The receptionist is aways polite with greets you with a smile and is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fabulous practice, after feel like I'd been butchered at my previous dentists I was very nervous. But I needn't have been. Everyone was lovely and they explained everything that was going to happen before they started. So friendly, kind and very patient. I can't thank the staff enough.

I was accompanying a patient at this practice, and Dr Humayun Khan did such an amazing job that I felt the need to leave a review. Having been a patient at a separate practice just a week ago, there was a clear distinction between the level of care provided. Dr Khan is clearly passionate about his job, and it really shows. He built a good rapport straight away and had the patient feeling comfortable. He didn't rush and answered all the questions that came his way. We were really pleased with the service provided

From my Daughters initial consultation to having braces fitted, cannot fault One Smile Dental at all. Kept up to date with appointments and information. Every member of staff we have met has been a pleasure to deal with. They all look happy in their jobs, and this shows working amazing as a team. Katie and Hayleigh were both fantastic whilst fitting braces, putting myself and Daughter at ease, very approachable, felt able to ask any questions and answered honestly. Our autistic and learning disabled daughter has been with One Smile Dental to get her brace sorted. All the staff have been amazing with her, so patient, considerate and kind. But I want to make special mention of the dental nurse, Hayley, who was so wonderful with our daughter when doing all the x-rays, photos etc. What could have been a very stressful appointment was full of giggles and smiles. Our daughter still struggled with parts of it, but Hayley was so patient and so kind with her, and she never failed to make our daughter smile and get done, what needed doing. Thank you so much Hayley, you have no idea how much your kindness means to us and what a difference it made to her, she went home happy x

Recently signed up with The Dental Studio, having moved to the area last year. Wow, what a great experience. Everyone is just so nice, from patient registration to appointments, everything has been super smooth. My first appointment was with Anastasia. She was incredible. Not only was she super lovely and caring, she took the time to properly examine all of my teeth, including taking various x-rays to verify work that had been done previously, and recommending a comprehensive treatment plan. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Gemma. Whilst this can normally be quite scary due to the noise of the equipment, Gemma put me at ease, gave me lots of breaks and we even laughed a few times. Having had some bad dentist experiences in the past, it’s super refreshing to join a clinic where all the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their job and provide such a caring approach to patient treatment. Treatment fees are in line with other private clinics and payment plans are available to suit different needs. In terms of appointment bookings, you get confirmation email and texts. Highly recommend.

I’d heard good things about the Dental Studio so decided to have Invisalign with them. 12 months on and the end result has been so worthwhile for me, but surprisingly I found myself enjoying the whole journey to a point whereby I’m now almost disappointed it’s all over and my teeth are straight! 🤣 I’ve now joined this practice, as have my whole family because of the quality of service we’ve received. From all of the friendly and professional staff on reception, to Chelsie and the rest of the dental team, my experience at the Dental Studio couldn’t have been better! Thank you James

I have just been to see the hygienist (Susan) and she was fantastic. This is the best hygienist appointment I have had whilst I have been coming to the dental studio. Susan is an asset to your team and I would recommend her to anyone! I am not sure who her assistant was this morning but they were also really friendly and deserve positive feedback.

Always had a fear of dentists even to the point of fainting so Gemma introduced me to The Dental Studio. Ever since first walking in the whole team have been amazing and made feel relaxed. I’ve had Invisalign completed by these guys to which they said would take around 12 months. However because they are superb it’s only taken 21 weeks!! Chelsie and Jayni have been amazing from the start and Gemma always helps me above and beyond. I’ve now signed for here to become by full dentist for everything in the future. I look forward to going to each appointment to have a catch up with everyone in reception!! Now Looking forward to by bonding after meeting Martina today who is great. 100% recommend!!!!

I am a patient at Advance Dental Care and I cannot praise them too highly. I have been with the practice for over 40 years and have received excellent service both from Mark, Lewis' father, and, now the baton has been passed to Lewis, it has been picked up and run with very smoothly indeed. Lewis is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. He is so very welcoming, extremely kind and a credit to his profession. I think of some of the dreadful experiences of 'the school dentist' when I was a girl-they seem a different breed to Lewis and his dad. All the staff at the practice are a delight, again warm and welcoming. Sophie, my hygienist, is always bright and chatty and leaves me with a sparkling mouth!!! I would say to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or if you are afraid of dental treatment look no further than Advance-you will be grateful you found them as I always have been.

Last week I had to have an emergency dentist appointment after being in a ridiculous amount of pain, (i am absolutely petrified of dentists) I managed to get an appointment the same day, was welcomed by a lovely reception team who made me feel at ease straight away, and then into a room with Dr Lewis, who made the experience so relaxed and explained everything in detail to help. I had to have a tooth extraction and managed to get booked in the following week, the experience itself was fast and I didn’t feel a thing, again the staff were lovely and made everything feel so calm and easy.

I recently visited after a veneer cracked and fell off (fitted elsewhere years ago), they managed to get me an appointment quickly and Raj did an amazing job of rebuilding my tooth so I could smile again! My new tooth looks 100 times better than what I had and natural, don’t know how he did it! I’ll definitely be back for more work I need in the future. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful service when I got my teeth whitened and composite bonding done before my wedding. I was short on time but Dr Raj made sure the service was never rushed and I still received a bespoke treatment that fitted my timescale. He was informative and provided great resources for aftercare. The practice itself was extremely modern and had all the facilities finished to the best standard, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel which helped me feel really relaxed throughout! I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I recently visited Space Dental in Wakefield, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They even offered me a beverage, which was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the experience. I came in for a scan and had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Arffan afterward. He clearly explained all my treatment options in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. I appreciated how concise and to the point he was, which made making a decision feel so much easier. Afterward, I met with the Manager, Jack, and I must say, what an amazing individual he is! Not only did he guide me through the final steps of the process and explain what happens next in detail, but he also went above and beyond by noticing I was having a tough day. He took the time to share some genuine life advice, which truly lifted my mood. It’s rare to find someone in his position with such incredible people skills and emotional intelligence. Jack is a real credit to Space Dental, and his care and attention really made my visit memorable. I visited space dental for the first time to have a consultation, as I was a bit unsure of exactly which procedure I would need to have done, the front desk were so welcoming by offering drinks in the waiting area. AV Dental have been amazing and truly professional from my initial phone call. They made time for me and put me at ease that there is a way forward with my dental problems.
