Fantastic practice, would (and have) recommend to anyone. Incredibly friendly and personable staff, who really care and are always happy to explain my options. I always feel comfortable and I have become more confident with my smile since I joined the practice 5yrs ago.

Since you arrive everyone is very welcoming. Dr. Pritchard and his assistant are the best! I’m normally an anxious patient and they made me feel very comfortable with my dental treatment. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. It’s a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

Amazing service at short notice. Was able to correct my loose Dental Implant in only 3 days, including lab work. Very reasonable price also. Booked for all my implants checking in January 2025.

Staff are always accommodating. Office is well-maintained. I had fillings done and the dentist Hayley Horsman did a great job; she was very professional and knowledgeable and always explaining the procedure, addressing my concerns in the process. The dental assistant was also very helpful.

Five star treatment by five star staff . It’s like visiting a friend rather than a stuffy dentist. Jack my dentist is a great man makes you feel at ease and explains thoroughly was he is doing . His dental nurse is also so caring and polite. Can highly recommend this dental practice ! They also bring a great sense of humor, which is rare to find in a dentist and really helps calm any nerves. Laura and Vicky were fantastic! I struggle with the dentist, it’s not my favourite place but both, alongside the great reception staff, were reassuring and caring. I explained my worries and concerns with the dentist being a major phobia and they couldn’t have been more supportive. I am happy with the practice and I would recommend Marsh Dental Care to all.

Myself & my family have been at Marsh Dental Care for many years. This is testament to all the staff who work there. The warm welcome, the friendly staff when we ring with either emergency or routine appts nothing is too much trouble. Mrs Preetpal Dhillon our dentist takes wonderful care to make you feel relaxed & in expert hands always ensuring a first class service, explaining the treatments so that we understand what will be done & offering choices. Hannah the hygienist is wonderful always friendly, professional & funny too. It's like being taken care of by extended family.

Having shopped around I found that Dr B Hussain at West vale dental surgery provided short term orthodontics. Having discussed the options available to me we felt Quick Straight Teeth (QST) was best suited to me. We initially predicted 6-9 months but my treatment was completed in about 5! Really happy with my result. It was finished off with some tooth whitening and edge to edge composite bonding. Great at his job! Highly recommend!

Fabulous non judgmental helpful service. My teeth are not great, and I avoid dentists. The female staff (both the dentist and the hygienist) treated me so so well, gave excellent service and advice. I really appreciate it and will come back when next in the country.

I can't find the words to thank Dr. Gaya . I've never had a dentist who was so professional, amazing, calm, patient, kind, beautiful, punctual and lovely. I had a problem that I never thought could be fixed, but with her, in less than a year, my teeth have changed completely. I can't even believe it myself. I live in Bradford and I go all the way to Huddersfield for her and if she goes to the end of the world, I'll go after her. I don't have more words to describe my feeling but 5 star isn't enough for her she deserves billions of stars ✨️ I recommended from bottom of my heart ♥️

Lovely practice, managed to get me in really quickly (within a day). Staff are really nice too, Stacey, Sarah and Gemma are really helpful. Very responsive and kept me up to date and helped me locate the practice as I hadnt been betore. Its really refreshing knowing the staff are genuinely nice and caring. Dentists are fabulous too, explained everything thoroughly to me with my treatment! The grounds are beautiful too, and the practice itself is absolutely gorgeous, what a building. Having tried getting a 111 dental appointment for 2 months, I finally got one at Beechwood Dental Surgery. I had the initial call from the dentist to ask about my problem. I was sorted out within minutes and got an appointment within two days. My whole experience was great, they are all very fun, friend and most of all professional. I had a tooth removed and all went well. I am now on the list to register with them. I can't recommend them enough. 👍👍

My mum who has vascular dementia was seen by Imran after arranging an appointment through Jo who was just amazing and so understanding of mums needs. Mum was being fitted for both top and bottom dentures after hers were misplaced whilst in hospital. Imran went above & beyond in caring for her and making her feel at ease, she actually looked forward to her weekly visits! Today was the day she had her new teeth fitted and it was quite an occasion. We would just like to thank the dental practice for being so caring in how they dealt with mum….she looks a million dollars. Thank you again, you have made our mum smile again xx

Myself and my daughter both had tooth ache. A lovely lady called Joanne dealt with us and and got us booked in very quickly. The staff and dentist were wonderful!! Really chatty and made us feel relaxed. Treatment was done and we were reasured that if we had any further problems to get in touch!! Thank you guys!! Had emergency appointment today the receptionist was lovely and the dentist and nurse were great. So nice and easy to talk to, made the dentist a nice experience! Great practise! If there were any places I’d 100% be signing up.

My dentist is Andrew Lyons and over the last year I have had some fillings from him and they are perfect. I can’t tell the difference between a tooth with a filling and without. I am always really pleased with any treatment I have. However, Andrew also checks my daughters teeth who has just turned 4. Last time I went, I was horrified to find out she needed a filling in one of her baby teeth which she will have for a few years yet. Andrew explained that he could do the filling but Matilda might not tolerate it and if not it would have to be referred and become more serious. Andrew was amazing. He then took the time to speak to my little girl very kindly about fillings, in a simple way yet treating her as a grown up. He showed her what he would use and demonstrated it on her hand. When we came in for the filling he reexplained everything to her. He told her step by step what he was doing and counted down 5 seconds for her constantly through the procedure, checking she was OK and giving her a break. He told her when he had done the difficult bit and explained about the filling mixture, even showing it to her. He gave her lots of praise throughout. My little girl was perfect because Andrew was so kind, calm and understanding with her. I was so impressed! Often a bad experience will stops people going to the dentist. I know that because of Andrew, Matilda’s experience of the dentist will not be of fear. Andrew’s assistant even found the princess stickers for her as well because she loves princesses and let her choose two. I am really grateful to both Andrew and his assistant for the thoughtful, personal touch and impressed that they can be so brilliant with very young children, putting them at ease in such a potential very scary situation.

I met the lovely Hazel today who simply could not have been more reassuring. She clearly loves her job. I felt at ease and she made certain I was fine and that I knew exactly what was happening and why. A brilliant service and more importantly a lovely people person. Very professional. Thank you.

I have been attending this dentist for over a year now. Very pleased with the experience and all the treatments I have had from Mr Moazzam (dentist), the nursing team and the administration staff. I have recommended this dentist to family and friends.

Had a crown fitted by Andy Lyons and Megan on 3 August 2023. The technology used for preparing the crown was incredible resulting in a perfect fit. The whole process was much shorter and more comfortable than Crowns I have had before. The practice is friendly, clean and all the latest equipment to ensure a great service.

I’m sorry but the negative reviews on here are false, I have to say from the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the staff. Dr Ahmed is fantastic he makes me feel at ease as I’m a nervous wreck on my appointments. He’ll explain everything in great detail nothing is too much trouble. I had my wisdom teeth removed he did a great job no issues afterwards, he explained the after care process in detail nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Gave this practice a very negative review years back but it has improved so much in the last couple of years. Never waiting long for an appointment. My dentist treats me with care and kindness after I've had many traumatic experiences with other dentists. It really makes all the difference to the patient's to know we are in good hands, with clinicians we can trust so thank you so much to the dentist who works on the ground floor (sorry I forgot his name!). And to the nurses too!

Had to go in for 2 fillings today and was so nervous! However, Dr Asam was so lovely and really put my mind at ease - I didn't even feel the needles go in! Super professional and way less stressful than I expected it to be. The receptionist was also lovely :)

Brilliant dentist and staff! Dr Ahmed is exceptionally professional and passionate about patient care from my experience. I have suffered from a number of oral issues in the past and never been happy with the care I received but I am at ease after joining this practice a few months ago. Can not recommend enough!

I cannot praise the dental practice enough for how they accommodated my autistic son. He required a small filling but his nerves got the better of him, and we were at the point of refusal for treatment whilst waiting to be called. The dentist consoled him in the waiting room and explained that she would talk him through each step of the process and give him full control over stopping if needed. Whilst in the chair she showed my son all the instruments that she would use and demonstrated how they worked, she talked through every step of the procedure and really put him at ease. The procedure was quick and painless, but most importantly, that rapport and trust was built by giving him that little bit of extra time and attention. Thank you all so much 🖤

Extremely happy!!! I took all my 4 children for a check up today, my children were very nervous and scared but Lena and Mandy made them feel at ease and were absolutely brilliant with them. The dentist was very helpful and explained in detail to my 9 year old daughter why she isn’t able to have her braces just yet due to her still having some baby teeth. My daughter felt really reassured as she has been really struggling the past few months and her confidence level was very low due to how her teeth look. The dentist together with the nurse told my 9 year old daughter she is very beautiful and my daughter left feeling very confident. The treatment my children all got today was beyond amazing and I can’t thank Lena and Mandy enough. All my children left smiling today. I highly recommend this dentist practice as they are very compassionate, kind, caring, and professional. So happy my family are registered here. If I could give these ladies more than 5 stars then I would definitely be giving them a 100.
