Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease. I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great. I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

The first 2 fillings I have had in 47 years. Kat was so professional yet friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease and proceeded to do the fillings without any injections. I did not feel a thing! She was extremely light handed and explained what would happen in good detail. Highly recommend this practice and Kat

Charlotte is amazing, she had my classical harp music ready in the headphones, which helps me get through my clean! Everyone at the practice is lovely and does everything to make you feel comfortable. I feel so much less nervous coming here than I have in the past.

Excellent dental practice and superb services. The entire team is fabulous but my favourite dentist Barzy is leaving soon. Well, I want to wish him good luck in his future endeavours and surely, he’ll be missed. I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as a kid. This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment. The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.

Absolutely excellent, phoned with a request for an appointment asap for abscess, received advise on one 4 hrs later, dealt with efficiently, pleasant staff and dentist, painless removal of tooth responsible and clear advise as to follow up.

Everyone here is friendly an accomodating. I have a phobia of the dentist, ADHD plus memories of some dental work gone badly wrong when I lived in Scotland. Reception staff, nurses and Billi, my dentist, are all smiley and chatty and really help to put you at your ease. The waiting rooms are clean and comfortable but you never have to wait long.

Recommend this dental practice to everyone! The staff are so welcoming and polite a lovely happy bunch of people, they really do make you feel comfortable. They helped me with my problem within an hour and the man and the dental assistant I had were amazing, they really helped me feel at ease and helped me so much with advice on my teeth. I have just had a two temporary crowns fitted. Will go in about 2 weeks for permanent. The prep work and fitting was absolutely painless. They use latest technology to ensure a top class job, the scanner to look at your bite on the monitor is pretty impressive. Very nice facilities and nice people. Top class.

I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. It has a family feel is immaculately clean and documents are sent by email for you to complete prior to your appointment thus saving valuable time for busy people. Thank you team .

Amazing service, definitely the best both myself and my wife experienced based on previous visits to dentists. The staff member Marihah was very informative throughout, answered all our questions out of curiosity and best of all we even got a small package for our after Care which was a nice touch. Had a very pleasant trip to R Dental Clinic today for my regular check up and Hygienist visit. It's unusual if me to say it was pleasant as I am usually very nervous and can't wait to walk out! Today however was a very different experience. Umar (dentist) and Mariah (hygienist) were completely new to me but I would have no hesitation in recommending or referring them to anyone.

I can't thank the team at Muirhead & Associates enough for their outstanding care and expertise. A while ago, I popped my jaw while yawning, and what started as a minor annoyance quickly escalated into severe pain. It hurt to bite, chew, and even talk, and I was getting constant headaches. During my routine checkup, John immediately took an X-ray, then referred me to Rob. Rob was fantastic - he explained exactly what had happened with the displacement in my jaw cartilage. He reassured me that this wasn't uncommon and discussed the treatment options available. I decided to try a splint, which I wore overnight. Rob was careful to manage my expectations, letting me know that it might not guarantee success, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel an improvement within just a week. Now, a few months later, I’m completely pain-free. While my jaw will never be perfectly aligned, the relief of being able to eat and talk without pain is incredible. I’m even back to enjoying Monster Munch again! Huge thanks to Rob, John, and the entire team for being so responsive and getting me back to normal. Highly recommend!

I went in for crown replacement, had a consultation with Rob who provided a detailed plan for my treatment, and also had my teeth cleaned by jess, who was very understanding towards my situation and explained everything thoroughly to me. Ever since I was a child I have been very nervous about seeing a dentist. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change my dentist which increased my anxiety. However when I saw Dr. Olivia Barraclough at Honesty Dental Care at Shipley I was impressed by her professionalism and the way she inspired me with confidence. I have several more treatments to go but my anxiety has been greatly reduced. I can only say how much I am impressed with the care I have been given from the calmness of the reception staff to the Dentist and her support team.

I have struggled with dental anxiety for years, after many traumatising experiences as an NHS patient. This was my main reason for choosing Honesty! I saw that they approached Dentistry differently and seemed particularly keen to encourage anxious patients to attend and take better care of their oral hygiene. They take time to ensure I understand what's happening and give me a gentle nudge to breathe if my anxiety creeps in. I just had the best dental treatment in 30 years of adulthood (I can't remember much treatment before the age of 16🤣). Saleem did the best big filling I have ever had, it was so good I am going back next week!

I had a tooth extraction and a filling done today. Dan and Shelby explained everything to me beforehand. How it might feel and what to expect. They were so professional yet friendly. I felt so calm and relaxed throughout even though I was quite nervous before the appointment. They worked so well together it made me feel very safe.

Mr Hussain was brilliant. I got an appointment very quickly and the work was done straight away. The receptionist was very pleasant and a referral for further work came very quickly.

Visited Avondale to have some treatment from Sheraz Gul and his Dental Assistant (apologies, can't remember her name) who were both outstanding. Sheraz was really helpful, explaining how the procedure would work, and they were both really patient and professional during the procedure which turned out really tricky. I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease. Sheraz called afterwards to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort following the treatment, which I felt was excellent customer service and demonstrated real customer care. Thanks again.
