Extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional vets. Fantastic members of staff, from the helpful receptionist to all the nurses, vets and of course the one & only legend 'Terry'. Highly recommended Bingley practice.

I've been bringing my french bulldog dog pebbles to see Terry for nearly 6 years now. He is a great vet and amazing around animals. He puts them at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. He's very knowledgeable about flat faced breeds and listens to any concerns we may have. A very helpful vet indeed.

Gatehouse Veterinary Group showed amazing professionalism and empathy when we had to use them to deal with our dog who had injured his leg on a walk. He had some how severed a vein and required minor surgery to repair it. The team were brilliant working swiftly to deal with the emergency all on News Years Eve.

Really helpful staff, always friendly and calm. Can see they care about the animals. I'm a new cat owner and everyone here is really understanding.

Amelia did the kind thing for my beautiful boy today and she was just absolutely wonderful. She reassured ALL of us and my baby left with dignity and surrounded by love. Terry gave us a few desperately needed few weeks with him after diagnosing oral melanoma. I still have 2 pets I will still be using this fantastic vets group. I have been taking my cats to this vets for years, now. They have always been caring, compassionate and explained things carefully to me so I can understand treatment options etc. They do a 'Pet Club' which, for a monthly payment, do 6 monthly health checks, boosters and flea/worm treatments plus discounts on meds. A great practice where you are far more than just a number!

We were on holiday and our elderly Staffy Macie became unwell. On the off chance we took her to the surgery. We were asked to take a urine sample which the nurse tested straight away. Nothing was untoward. However we were advised to take her to our own veterinary surgery on our return home for a thorough health check. What an excellent service. Thank you so much.

Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.

Quite shocked to find the Shipley branch permanently closed. Pauline and I have been bringing our dogs there for over 45 years. Quite recently lost our wonderful rescue bullmastiff cross Max. We sadly took our elderly dog Graham for his end of life care at Avenue vets. I must say out of my experience of numerous vets Avenue is definitely one of the best. The compassion and expertise of the whole staff is next to none. The whole process felt about Graham and making him comfortable rather than about making money. The staff couldn’t do enough for us when it was time for Graham to cross the rainbow bridge. We are very thankful for their care not just of Graham but of us as well during this difficult time. We would use these vets again 100% and must say the bill at the end was very reasonable and a lot less than we expected for the service and care received. Thank you for your service and dedication, we will never forget your kindness.

Receptionists are so lovely and friendly, Jennifer is a really lovely vet, always listens to the owner and takes her time to help you. Her experience and professionalism shines through. In my years I have seen many vets owning Dogs and horses. It's lovely to have a vet that's friendly, has an amazing way with the dog and is very experianced. All the vets are lovely and caring I have seen at Yorkshire vets but Jennifer is the one I will see if I can win my two dogs. Good experience throughout

Had my dogs registered here for over 2 years now, and i have to say i not disappointed at all so far. Both my American xl bullies and my french bulldog are in the pet health club, so all the fleaing and wormimg medication is included. Recently, I had my xl bullies neutered and spayed. The procedures were done with precision and minimal scarring, and they both received 25% off the total amounts due to the pet health club. The majority of staff are lovely and took a shine to my babies straight away. They received 5* service hands down,i only wish it was closer to me, lol.

100% recommended this vets, wouldn't take my cat Archie anywhere else. Jen (vet) who my cat (Archie) sees and loves, is amazing with him I 100% trust her advice/care. Professional and caring vets and support staff. Vets explanations always clear and honest. When medication required vets always advise of the different costs and never push to more expensive options. Very reasonably priced and very helpful when it comes to submitting insurance claims. Highly recommend this practice.

I've just moved my dog to this vets and I'm impressed with the service we've got. My dog was thoroughly checked over and the staff were prepared for our appointment. I genuinely feel my dogs health was the priority here.

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

Excellent Vets. I have been visiting this practice with my 2 dogs for 15 years and would highly recommend them. Unfortunately my eldest dog passed a few weeks ago but the care we had from the reception staff, nurses and vets has been amazing.
