Called ahead as I wanted to register my shynx'. The receptionist was really knowledgeable, and registration was easy. Cats were really calm with the male vet, who was great and allayed any concerns I had about spay/neuter for this breed.

Andy has cared for my own and rescued animals for over 10 years. From birth to death, I can say they have had kind and compassionate treatment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Emma & the team have done 2 dentals for my cats Dec & Navy at a fraction of the price my usual vets wanted to charge. Their care has been exceptional. When I had concerns about Navy afterwards Emma phoned me & through chatting to her I realised he just needed longer to get used to not having his canines & also took longer to get over the anaesthetic. I wish i could give more than 5 stars! Absolutely Amazing couldn't recommend these vets enough. I was very anxious taking rocco for neutering and these guys made it a doddle. So lovely and helpful start to finish and his little operation cut is tiny and will be barely noticeable when healed. Wonderful staff in a lovely vets! Thank you guys again!

The ladies at Home Comforts vets were wonderful with our cat when he had four teeth extracted. You can tell they really cared, they were professional, friendly and the procedure was very reasonably priced. Will definitely book with them again (although hopefully not too soon!).

I called Home Comforts out, as sadly we had to put our elderly dog to sleep, and we wanted her to be at home, Emma at Home Comforts were recommend to us by our regular vet. They were helpful, kind and understanding from the start. Emma came out to and was wonderful so kind and gentle to our old girl. We were happy that she could pass peacefully at home. I would highly recommend Home Comforts, as I know friends and family would too.

This place!! I dont have enough praise for these guys. My dog Frank was in there more then he was out. He loved going here, me not so much. But the love, attention and care he got from every vet he saw there was amazing. It was hard to see him go but knowing he'd been cared for so much by this vets helped heal a little. The receptionist we're also as amazing. Getting him in as soon as possible. I'll always be thankful.

Had my dogs registered here for over 2 years now, and i have to say i not disappointed at all so far. Both my American xl bullies and my french bulldog are in the pet health club, so all the fleaing and wormimg medication is included. Recently, I had my xl bullies neutered and spayed. The procedures were done with precision and minimal scarring, and they both received 25% off the total amounts due to the pet health club. The majority of staff are lovely and took a shine to my babies straight away. They received 5* service hands down,i only wish it was closer to me, lol.

I cannot express enough superlatives in this review to cover the care and attention pets receive with Abbey House Rothwell. We've been going there over 15 years with rodents and cats. Every pet is cared for as if it were their own, and as owners we are treated kindly and warmly. I've had to have pets put down before, and their kindness and compassion was endless. Their day to day care is exceptional. We will never use a different vet.

I’ve had dealings with this practice for many years - and always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. My latest trip was yesterday after my collie Tara frightened the life out of me with a nasty turn. Brill vets!!! Unfortunately my rabbit was born with a lower narrow jaw and now causing him adult dental problems. *His insurance won’t cover cost* and still in a battle with them about. So I have to front all the cost for now. I’m currently waiting and saving up for his teeth extractions surgery which I very pricey! But Brighouse vets continue to help relive his pain by doing the routine works. Thank you so much for keeping him here with his family including his brothers who love him dearly! Highly recommend :)

I have moved from another Brighouse Vets to this one and it is the best thing we have done for our cats….. the vets and all the staff are amazing, compassionate and have cared about our cats! They have been very supportive and never try to sell us something else whilst we are there… they concentrate on our pet and the best outcome for them. I honestly would not go to any other vet now - we have found a place we trust so much xx

We swapped to this practice after being recommended by a friend. We came from a franchised practice who just didn’t care and were all for the money. We are over the moon at the care the vets here have shown my 15 year old cocker spaniel, from booking an appointment to seeing a vet and treatment. Great prices too. Highly recommend

Brighouse Veterinary Centre always provide the very best level of care for all of my pets. Everything is explained thoroughly and they make even the most complicated issues easy to understand. Took my old pup here due to growth on his face. Very empathetic but truthful and realistic. Then time came... the receptionist was very considerate, and did her best to get me an appointment for him to go to sleep. (We didn't need the appointment) Yet we still got a card from them passing on their condolences. Such a small but valued gesture.. xxx
