I contacted "Auto Locksmith Cartonics", and the guy quickly identified the actual issue, which turned out to be a minor one. He fixed it within two minutes! When I offered to pay, he kindly refused to take any money. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I also asked about the cost of a new key, and the price he quoted was incredibly reasonable. Absolutely spot on, Andy was top notch and I’ll certainly be recommending him in the future. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

He goes above and beyond to solve any issues and make any repairs needed! And he is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. If you need a locksmith in the area you really can't go wrong!

Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!

Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. My key fob for my old Mercedes C Class failed recently and although I replaced the batteries it still didn't work.
