Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.

Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!

I honestly don't normally leave reviews. However In a world where finding good reliable trustworthy businesses is pot luck, I can't recommend Aire Valley Locksmiths enough! Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. He also quoted us a reasonable price in comparison to some of the outrageous ones from other locksmiths! Highley recommend! Very happy customer and little boy! 😅 Thank you! Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. He was also able to fix the front door which was not closing properly, something that I sprung upon him last minute and was more than happy to resolve. Would highly recommend his services!

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Great service very professional. I needed a watch strap repairing it needed a pin that had come out. And a battery in another watch. He only charged for the battery and fixed the strap for free. Great guy. Great local business. We need to keep supporting such great British businesses.

I took a backpack in that had split at the seams (on two occasions) in two different areas of the bag. Both times I've been really impressed with the quality of the fix, giving my bag an extra lease of life.

Very happy with the re-sole job I had done on my boots to add a Commando sole. The chap at the store wasn't sure if he'd be able to do it due to the existing sole rubber and the new sole rubber being different. But he told me to leave it with him and he'd give it a go. He managed it and I'm very happy with the final result.
