Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Mark is a top tradesman highly trusted and hired him a few times very quick to sort problems and his pricing is very reasonable with quality work.

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm.
