We called Darryl out on a Sunday tea night he arrived within the hour . Worked on a problematic locking system . Returned next day with a new part . Expertly fitted . We are now safe in our home thanks to Lock sure Solutions . Nothing was too much trouble and a friendly guy too. Highly recommend .

Stephen came to fix my lock on my door and window today. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues promptly. He even gave the windows a good clean down after which is one less job for me to do! I'll be using Stephen again in the future.

If Carlsberg did Locksmiths… A fantastic service from Stephen. I contacted him from Spain as I stupidly left a key in the back door at home so our cat sitter couldn’t get in to feed the cats! Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Both jobs done quickly and without fuss for a great price. Can highly recommend and will use again when needed 👍 Cheers, Steve

Excellent guy, came same day repaired lock and was cheaper then evreyone I phoned, honest and straight to the point 5* would recommend and use again!

Alan rung ahead to ask if the timing was ok. Arrived 20 minutes later. Really friendly fella knew instantly what it was, sorted it out quickly, explained everything to us simply. Also provided us with an estimate before even coming. Price was exactly what he said and the diagnosis of my door. Went off for the parts and sorted it no trouble. Paid Alan by bank app so nice and easy and quick for us both. Really friendly, professional fella. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 from us!

Brilliant prompt service - we had 2 stripped screws which we couldn’t remove at all thankfully called this company and he sorted the issue within a minute! Would recommend fair prices and good customer service.
