Amazing experience & service, our server named Ahmed was outstanding, attentive, helping & a joyful man. Its about time for some real pakistani food, bought a platter to share and every bite was amazing 👏, you can tell it was fresh out of the grill with awesome flavours, also the chapali kebab was beautiful. Missed having food like this & oh finshed off with real karak chai not them machine filled teas what every other chai place serve, so we reallt glad we went.

Visited My Peshawar expecting a back street curry house but was so very pleasantly surprised. From the quirky interior to the ambience it oozed authenticity. We were waited on by Shokat and Sultan and nothing was too much trouble. They kept our drinks flowing and chutneys topped up. I’m not the biggest meat fan but ordered chappal kebabs anyway (I was told by a friend this is their ‘must try’ item) along with a mixed grill for the two of us. The food was beyond exceptional. The kebabs melted in the mouth and the quality of the meats on the mixed grill were second to none. Do I recommend My Peshawar? Absolutely without hesitation. If there’s one thing I have an issue with, it’s the fact that it’s over an hour away from home (insert crying emoji here)

Amazing food came here on a recommendation and was extremely pleased. Our server was shaukat and he did a great job keeping the sauces topped up. The charsi karahi and the chapli kebabs are a must and the portions are more than generous. Would recommend to visit especially with family.

Shaukat provided good customer service, took us to a table and talked to us about the menu. He was kind when sharing the menu to us and talking to us about our order. Amazing service! Would recommend for families

Travelling around found this wonderful pub. Bar area allows dogs in if you want to eat. Food was all homemade with 5 different specials as well as a good selection on the main menu. Food was fantastic. Friendly staff. Great tasting food that was great value. Good range of beers. 🍺 Well worth a visit.

The service and food were both very good, could do with a wider choice of real ale but that's not unusual these days. We visited early doors so couldn't really give a proper rating for atmosphere.

Dropped in from a walk nearby. Great pub. Had a couple of decent Pale Ales and a sea food basket off the special board. We were a party of 5 including a vegetarian.

Meal with family was amazing ..fantastic quality and presentation as always . I have been coming here for a few years and always comment on the fantastic dining staff, today we had Ruby, what a fantastic asset she is to this hotel.. Ruby (as were the other staff) always smiling, very accommodating, professional and always assisted in our choices. Ruby spoke of her love of his place and how it has brought her out of being shy and now a very warm open confident waitress.. I also spoke with the the manager and congratulated her in her continued recruitment and staff selection as these staff members like Bobby and Ruby are the front face of his lovley dining experience ..

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights as a base to finish off our tour of all England's cathedrals. Thus we could easily reach Manchester, Blackburn, Bradford, Wakefield and Sheffield (and Derby on the way up). We were upgraded to a Superior room (209) up in an attic area. It was a lovely comfortable big room, although we did find the cold water a bit sporadic but the hot water made up for it. Full English breakfast, which we had, was really excellent - well cooked and presented. The continental was perhaps a bit more sparse. We ate in one evening and the quality of food was very good. There was plenty of parking, even on the Sunday early evening on arrival when the place was buzzing with Christmas guests. All was quiet in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. This all added up to make it an enjoyable and memorable stay.

What a fun Afternoon at the Mamma Mia Lunch. Warm friendly welcome with an arrival drink, followed by lots of lovely Greek Tapas. Service attentive and the performance was brilliant! The whole room was up dancing! Can't wait to see what the next event is!

Great ambience, delicious food and perfect service! This family-run restaurant is very tastefully fitted out; it would not be out of place in any busy, city high street. All of the staff went out of their way to make us all very welcome.

Wanted to go here for ages. It's beautifully decorated with chandeliers and subtle mood lighting . We were offered a chance to get drinks at the bar or take out seats, which we did, and the staff were so lovely. They came with water and menus quickly and gave us the right amount of time to look at the menus. We ordered some wine which was lovely and the food order was taken soon after. The food was delicious, and the starter was huge. I had scallops in a bisque, and the 2 types of bread that came were warm and really spongy and fresh. The main course was cooked perfectly!! And we were too full for pud this time. No starter next time or something smaller!! This was a lovely evening, and we will deffo go back

Wow, have just been to Grand Cru tonight with my husband, quite possibly one of the nicest meals I've ever had. Seriously high quality food, cooked to perfection, and presented perfectly! Sharon and her team give fantastic service, you dont feel rushed in anyway, giving you time to absorb each beautiful course before the next. Oh and did i mention the fabulous cocktail? Simply divine! This place is a little Gem! Thank you Grand Cru... I will be back!

An Italian restaurant recommended to me by my Italian teacher who lives in nearby Mirfield. The menu is mostly small dishes. We had 2 each, plus an Aperitivo at the beginning and coffee at the end. We also shared a dessert (a cannolo) at the end. We paid £140 in total, which I thought was quite a lot, but we enjoyed the food and also the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Went for the first time. Was directed to a very small table on a corner with high seats. Nope sorry no good for me so they moved us upstairs. No one else up there. But Alex behind the bar made us feel better. Food lovely. Girls kept coming over taking our plates as soon as we finished the dishes. Annoying when your having private conversations. Please leave us to enjoy our meal, and discuss matters. Definitely go back but take on board comments. Thanks Alex you made having to be reseated upstairs an absolute pleasure. Great person working for you.....

Hidden gem in Cleckheaton we stumbled on years ago! We are regulars at Tappinos now and it’s consistently a great meal out. Make sure you book to get a table. Not cheap as those tapas quickly add up but the food is excellent. What we love: - Unique dishes which are presented well - Great idea to serve Italian tapas allows you to try many dishes - Perfect for sharing Food recommendations: - Tartufo Nero pizza and grilled octopus are my favourites - Handmade ravioli which often appears as a special is a must try What could be improved: - More cocktail choices would be nice - Some of the food is overpriced for what you get - 1.5 hr table booking not long enough (should be 2 hours)

Truly magnificent food in a lovely place. My wife and I had a Sunday roast beef and a different dessert each on a trip to sample what it was like and booked my wife's birthday celebration dinner for about 16 people before we left. The roast beef was beautiful and tender, roast, mashed potato, broccoli, carrots,cabbage, yorkshire pudding, small sausage sauce boat of extra gravy. Watched other plates going out, the giant yorkshire pudding was a plate filling monster. Has off road carpark to rear of building, entry doors to 3 sides. Accessible toilet via small ramp.

Food amazing, we went without booking and had seats right in front of the fire 🔥 The gammon was delicious and such a big plateful. A proper gammon steak, ( not a processed plastic one!!) . I had the lamb suet pudding with veg & mash, was delicious 😋 We shared a pudding as a birthday treat and the treacle sponge was also delicious and served with custard. Will definitely go again 10/10 xxx 😊

10/10 we will be back again. We came on a Sunday for a burger and a salad, the staff accommodated to my dietary requirements and service was brilliant. We had a to wait a while to get seating since we didn’t book but absolutely worth it. This place is a real gem - thank you

This is a very old coach house, a fabulous building. I had a pint of dark mild it was around £2.50 maybe less. It is a tech free pub so you need to speak to each other they also don't allow bad language. Altogether a nice evening out

Wonderful place to stay. The room was perfect, and complete with a four poster bed. Historic building in beautiful grounds. Such a treat to stay here.

Food was very good and a very nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food service was very fast on a Sunday afternoon. We had Starters, a Steak, two pasta dishes, and a pizza. All prepared very well and came around the same time minimal waiting time.

Nice food. Not alot of parking. I found the tables abit close together we had some random person constantly trying to talk to us whilst out with friends and listening to our conversations and trying to join in which was abit annoying. Food was lovely. Hardly had to wait. Prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly. High chair was provided.

Andy and I came here in December with my brother Richard jayne Lynn and Michael we was well looked after bye ming And all the staff we got a mixted starter the barbecue spare ribs was my favourite they was delicious and so was our main course its was to se e my friend the chef don't know is name It's a shame you don't do banana fritters and ice cream Debbie wade

First time ordering from here and the delivery was super quick, think we had the order (for five people!) within 25 minutes and it was piping hot. Honestly all the food was super tasty and full of flavour BUT, the crispy beef wasn’t very crispy which is a shame as it tasted amazing. The curry sauce was also a little bit runny but I am being picky. We will definitely be ordering from here again, very close to a 5/5 so a solid Chinese choice.

We were a group of 9 celebrating a birthday. We were given the little room upstairs to ourselves which was nice. We ordered a set meal and the team were happy to accommodate changes and amendments. We had some children in the group and we’re going to order separately for them. The manager suggested there would be enough food for the kids there which was a really nice gesture. No pressure to spend additional money. The food was really good, everything was tasty and we tried a couple of dishes that were new to us. The kids enjoyed trying things they wouldn’t have normally had, the duck pancakes were a hit for them! The food came out at a steady pace and it was spot on in terms of quantity. We’ve travelled from Huddersfield a few times before and will continue to do so for great food and great customer service.

The service in Wokever is outstanding. Absolutely first class, you won't find better anywhere within 100 mile radius !! So attentive, table cleaned after every dish, asked if extra time is preferred between courses. Just all round excellent. The food is delicious, you can tell the ingredients are quality, everything is so tasty. Won ton soup was like eating health, dim sum is excellent. Everything was excellent. We are booking again without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely evening!
