Friendly service and great food. Proper Yorkshire sized portions (you won’t leave feeling hungry). But also fabulous quality for the price. 10/10 would visit again.

We had dinner here one night while staying in Todmorden and it was very cozy, nestled on a hill side in a warm bar and dining area with lovely old wood, antiques and original artwork. We started with the King Prawn thai style which was delicious followed by Fish & Chips and 12 oz. Rib Eye steak. I only gave four stars because for the price I really was underwhelmed by the taste and cut of the steak. It was a bit fatty and less than expected as a locally sourced meat. Other than that, service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful!

100% guaranteed a delicious, mouth watering meal; no one leaves hungry. This time we had lamb from the specials board, and Cola-BBQ ribs (and look at the size of them!!) Great selection of drinks on tap. Staff always friendly and efficient. I personally haven't stayed in the rooms, but family have, who say they are fabulous with great hospitality. Always a lovely night out!!

Everything about this place was wonderful, the food, atmosphere and the owner and waitresses. When we arrived they had already closed the kitchen but made an exception for us, talk about quality customer service 😄 , the owner came up to us and was a genuinely nice guy. The food was sooo good and the tea and baklava amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10.

Delicious food with lots of vegan options. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed the lentil soup with fresh bread, orange chocolate cake & fresh men teas. Portions are large & prices very reasonable 😋

We are on Holiday and found a lovely cafe. Staff so friendly coffee just delicious and as for the food ...oh wow absolutely yummy. I had the Persian breakfast and it was a taste sensation. Highly recommend this little gem in hebden bridge. We will visit again. thank you for making us so welcome.

Second year running our work team has had Christmas dinner at Hardies and we’re not looking to go anywhere else! Food is straightforward but delicious and beautifully cooked - sometimes traditional Christmas dinners in pubs and bars can be disappointing but they really know how to cook there! Great value drinks too and fab cocktails. The pornstar martini especially good. Service was efficient and relaxed and the staff are genuinely warm and lovely. We’ll be back!

Generous portions of lovely food. The Peppered Beef was wonderful. Service very considerate. If back in the area we will definitely visit again.

Really great food. Tasty and satisfying. Great flavor and portions. Enjoy coming here for some good local food and pints. My only complaint is that I wish I felt more welcome. I can feel a little unwelcome or like a stranger rather than a customer.

Booked a table for 4 on Saturday afternoon, we're advised by a friend to try the lamb and mint pudding and it did not disappoint it was excellent as usual. Good service good food and great price. A local pub well worth a visit

We had a delightful experience at the Glen View Pub. The food was not only delicious but also came in generous portion sizes. Jane, who welcomed us, was exceptionally warm and made us feel right at home. The young lad who served us was polite and attentive throughout our visit, adding to the overall positive impression. I highly recommend this pub for a wonderful dining experience.

Really great vibes with attentive and friendly staff, pizza was fantastically fresh and flavoursome, but the base was just a bit overcooked underneath. Dessert was fantastic, try the stem ginger cake if it's on!

We had a last minute dinner at Site. We had a very enjoyable experience and we wonder why we haven't been here already! The service and food was great. Great atmosphere and very relaxing despite it being an Easter weekend. Tiramisu was delicious and lovely house wine!

Booked a table for 4 for Saturday evening meal, which was just as well because they were full and turning customers away. Had the veggie pizza which was great. Also serve gluten free pizza. Friendly staff and lively atmosphere.

I was in Todmorden looking for food one Saturday evening and spotted this place! Unfortunately they were at capacity but the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, directed us to another restaurant down the street that she recommended and welcomed us to come back another time! The food I saw on people’s plates looked great so will definitely be back to try it for myself

Food was very nice and service staff were very nice and friendly. We didn't book a table so we got seated around the back on our own, in some regards that was a good thing because we have little kids, but it let down the atmosphere a little bit. But a great place, highly recommend and we will be visiting again. I would recommend the cheese and onion pie, was delicious 🥧🍻👍

Lovely inn with good beers and excellent food served in a relaxed atmosphere with interesting jugs hung from the ceiling beams.

I was brought here as a child, first time back as an adult. The sun was shining and there was plenty of parking and outside tables, so that's what I took. Fantastic position in the middle of nowhere, the roads are taxing but a delight, you need to keep your eye in front and be courteous. Back to the food, cannot fault it in any way, the portions are large and you are not left wanting. They are dog friendly and even made a special order of two boiled eggs for my (borrowed) dog as he has a restricted diet. The service was very quick and always with a smile. I would recommend booking ahead as it is very popular. You are just 5mins walk to the start of a path to Studley Pike affording fantastic views over the Todmorden valleys. A special mention to the Cumberland sausage especially made for them, with mustard mash, veg and gravy, superb!

Awesome micropub in the centre of Todmorden, a few footsteps away from the marketplace. Five cask ales, two keg beers and various spirits served in excellent condition.

Always good to find a pub of this calibre so close to a 🚂 station and open on a Monday lunchtime. Peruse the fine choice of cask ales on the board to the left as you enter - craft ales are listed on the right.

Making my first ever visit to Toddy. Casta accompanying me on this visit. A short walk from the station we started at The Pub. Lovely location. Seven of eight handpumps in use on our visit. Decided on Salamander Mudpuppy 4.2% best bitter at £4.40. Casta on Victoria lager from Malaga. A simple three room bar with a super pub dog. Very friendly pub. Loads of keg beers etc.

One of the best meals I have ever had. South Indian Garlic chicken, asked for it hot and the chef duly obliged. Lovely ambiance and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. What a find!!!

Nice restaurant, great food and reasonable prices. The only negative was the service. Although the restaurant was only half full it took 15 minutes for us to get drinks. At the end of the meal no one came to collect our money, we had to take it to the bar. The manager needs to give the staff a shake up as otherwise everything was great.

A boujie little Indian restaurant right in the centre of Todmorden, which I had no idea existed until we visited! The restaurant was well-decorated and food was nicely presented. Garlic Naan’s were very moist & buttery which is always the sign of care and quality (in my opinion!). The Madras was a little too hot for my tastes, but as a party of 4 we all enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back again!

We visited to watch an Amateur Wrestling League who were performing in the function room beyond the bar! The venue is a cool converted mill and is deceptively hidden at first glance (until you realise where the entrance is on your first visit) They serve Bumbu, which is one of the best alcohols and seldom found outside of Weatherspoons so 10/10 for that alone!
