Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

I contacted Homes Secured to assist me with a failed locking mechanism on my front door that left me locked out. Lian and his team arrived swiftly and gained access to the house. I had an emergency. An elderly resident wasn't responding to calls so I called Ken at Andertons to gain access to her flat. He dropped everything and arrived within 10 minutes, secured access without causing any damage, and we found the owner collapsed on the floor. Ken called an ambulance and stayed until the medics arrived. He was polite, thoughtful, considerate, and very sympathetic to our situation. I couldn't have asked for any better service - brilliant!

I have used Anderton's service four time now and each time I have been impressed. The last time I called to explain how my lock had jammed and the repair was 'done' by phone!! Literally!! How to fix the problem, no charge! On previous occasions of using Anderton to install locks I was given clear and detailed information as to what the job entailed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed, over all a very professional service. I can highly recommend.

Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do. Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

We called Mike to get our front door lock fixed as it broke and we couldn't lock the door and take the keys out. He came few hours after we talked on the phone and fixed the it. I just wanted to say how brilliant Timpson Mobile Locksmiths are. Matt who came round was absolutely brilliant, friendly approachable, very patient and walked me through the issue I had with my front door as I left the house key in my house and ended up locking the door and not able to get back in. Matt managed to unlock my house door, I didn't have to wait long and only took about 20 minutes or less. He replaced the lock and even aligned my door hinges when he did not have to. My house door is as good as new and I am extremely pleased with Matt and that he went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service.
