I had an emergency. An elderly resident wasn't responding to calls so I called Ken at Andertons to gain access to her flat. He dropped everything and arrived within 10 minutes, secured access without causing any damage, and we found the owner collapsed on the floor. Ken called an ambulance and stayed until the medics arrived. He was polite, thoughtful, considerate, and very sympathetic to our situation. I couldn't have asked for any better service - brilliant!

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do. Fantastic service, highly recommend. I called at 9am after my door handle mechanism broke locking me out of the house. Mark was here half an hour later and by 10am, I was back in and the broken mechanism was replaced. Excellent service.

We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

We had a problem with our door cylinder which jammed up with the key stuck in it on the outside. We called B&S after finding them online. Andrew came out really quickly, sorted the issue, and charged us a fair price. I'll definitely be contacting B&S whenever I need a locksmith in the future!
