My front door lock lost it's will to live unexpectedly. It wasn't the first time my locks had proved temperamental. Carl was out to me within hours, gave me advice and clear pricing. Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.

Really happy with the work Ramin did for me today. Right from my first point of contact, he was polite, professional and easy to communicate with. I received an estimated guide price dependant on what the issue was before his visit and was pleasantly surprised to find the repair was on the lower end of the scale. When Ramin was in my property he was respectful to me and my family and genuinely seems like a nice decent guy! He obviously cares alot about his work and i absolutely will use his services again in the future if the need arises.

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.

Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!
