My front door lock lost it's will to live unexpectedly. It wasn't the first time my locks had proved temperamental. Carl was out to me within hours, gave me advice and clear pricing. Really pleased with the work Mark carried out on a faulty locking mechanism on our front door that was installed by another company. He came to do the work within a couple of days of our initial phone call, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Mark, he is friendly, honest and professional.

Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.

My car keys got lost at a funeral, unfortunately the person who came to re code my keys absolutely ruined the board which you connect the keys too, then after that my car repeatedly kept breaking and not starting. Pin point saved us and provided us with two new keys and a fully working reliable board. Highly recommend, trust worthy, efficient and came as soon as he could. Absolutely spot on, Andy was top notch and I’ll certainly be recommending him in the future. I work away all week but Andy worked around that, which meant when I got back to Yorkshire after a long week away with work my car was ready to go.
