When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days.
