Extremely good service by this business. I had contacted a few automotive locksmiths regarding recoding a transponder to a vehicle in order to reactivate the second key for a relative. Most didn’t even respond and the ones that did refused to code just the transponder and wanted to charge me for a full new key. After contacting Turnkey he was in agreement that it was just the transponder and was more than happy to assist and in a few days came via mobile service and got it working in less than 10 minutes saving me around 66% over what other companies wanted to charge. Would recommend for automotive locksmiths solutions

Tom is an actual hidden gem! Called him at 7.20am was with me by 10am new key cut and back in my car . And very reasonably priced. Will never go anywhere else now. Can’t thank this guy enough ☺️ highly recommended

Absolutley fantastic service, Tom cut 2 key blades for my car at 8:15pm and went out of his way to save me a trip back to collect my spare keys, the service was extremely fast, and very cheap, I couldn’t recommend this service enough, Definitely will be using him again in the future! Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Fantastically delivered good split of theory and practical. My trainer Marc was brilliant and his way of teaching and using real life scenarios was great to understand in what scenarios you would use which method. I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course. The good thing about MPL is that once you get certified from there, you are a member of the trade club at the shop, which gives you 10% off from all products. Another advantage of studying locksmithing at MPL is that you get City and Guilds accreditation. It's currently the only centre in the UK that offers the highly respected City and Guilds accreditation.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.
