Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. I lost my only car key and heard about auto key through a friend, gave john a ring and he came down,gave me a reasonable price and made me another key in no time, will definitely use again if i have any more future problems.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Extremely good service by this business. I had contacted a few automotive locksmiths regarding recoding a transponder to a vehicle in order to reactivate the second key for a relative. Most didn’t even respond and the ones that did refused to code just the transponder and wanted to charge me for a full new key. After contacting Turnkey he was in agreement that it was just the transponder and was more than happy to assist and in a few days came via mobile service and got it working in less than 10 minutes saving me around 66% over what other companies wanted to charge. What a fantastic service from Martin after I had two failing door locks. After a quick response, he arrived when he said he would. He really knows his stuff about locks and security! He gave great advice and found me a solution that was even better than I had hoped - all at a very reasonable price. I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course. The good thing about MPL is that once you get certified from there, you are a member of the trade club at the shop, which gives you 10% off from all products. Another advantage of studying locksmithing at MPL is that you get City and Guilds accreditation. It's currently the only centre in the UK that offers the highly respected City and Guilds accreditation.

Completed the 5 day City & Guilds course. I was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease. Marc & Gary the trainers were excellent! The one to one training was faultless and everything was explained thoroughly. It exceeded all my expectations. I gained my qualifications for a change of career and am so grateful. Would recommend to anyone. Office staff are friendly and very helpful with booking and arrangements. Great experience all round.
