Afy programmed a key for me which was a complex job but he handled it professionally and sorted it all out within 1 hour.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Immediate response after initial contact, with great communication throughout, up until and during next day attendance. (next day was my choice, but they would have come within the hour) Friendly and professional and even conscientious about cleaning up the very small amount mess, recognising we had dogs and they didn't want them to get anything in their paws. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. I had travelled for a wedding and forgotten the key at home with everything happening, theses locks are extremely difficult to disable. Throughout it all I was reassured and after a lot of trying, success! Thank you so much, got me out of a terrible (and stupid) situation during a very important time.

Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key. I was going into meltdown and ready to smash the window.. When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly.
